I went to purchase 3 small radio controlled cars. They were advertised at just over €28 each. But when I went to pay for the, they increased the price on each item by €9. I contacted their customer service dept about the incident and I was told that's the new price. Even though I had placed my item in my cart. Only at the PayPal payment stage did they increase the price.

Koop niet op bangood, ze sturen produkten dat niet compleet is, en als je het terug stuur zijn de verzend kosten voor jou, en dat kost heel veel, is soms zelfs duurder dan het produkt, of ze zeggen dat je 2000 punten krijg dan mag je het houden, 2000 punten is 20 dollar,,, jullie zijn gewaarschuwt, aliexpress is 10x beter...nooooit problemen mee gehad, ik koop al 10jaar bij aliexpress.
En is ook de eerste en laatste keer dat ik iets bij bangood koopt 😡😡😡😡

I bought a clock mechanism for an outside clock. It looked great from the outside, but in taking it apart to insert a battery & it was full of loose plastic bits, no mechanism add all. I've written to Bangood with no result!

Ho comprato una stampante laser da 321 € il 5/9/2022, mai arrivata. Contattato molte volte il call center, dicono che mi ricontatteranno e risolveranno in 24/48 ore, non richiamano mai. Dovevano rimborsarmi, avevo suggerito anche un buono da usare sul loro sito, visto che la stampante non mi serve più, niente.

Scam of a company, send faulty goods and then try and palm you off with a $10 points card which you can only use to buy more faulty foods from them. No warranty espcially after a few months and under a year. Bought the Powkiddy rgb10 max 2 which has a now known faulty battery issues which they won't help with. Avoid at all costs !!

The worst experience, after paying the order, they tell you that they cannot ship to your adress

Before covid Bangood average shipping to my country was 2.70 euro with economy shipping now its over 19+ with priorioty the only shipping method..

Non existent customer service. They sent me a product missing the U S charger. I notified them 5 times there response was for me to email them a picture of the problem. Otherwise they can't help me. I asked If they wanted me to send a picture of something I don't have. Than they should send me the charger so I can take a picture of it. That was the last response I got from them What A**holes.

I am a long time member in Bangood and I have never got problems. Good quality in most products, good and polite customer service and really really fast delivery. Definitely recommended.

I have ordered a number of small items from Bangood and found them satisfactory. The items, of course, took a long time to arrive because I chose the cheapest shipping and items from the Chinese warehouse, so I expected it to take some time. I think this may be one reason why there are some very poor reviews for Bangood. You have to read carefully which warehouse the goods are coming from and what shipping is being used.

My last purchase was an electronic module for £23 which considering what it did was amazingly cheap. When it arrived it did not appear to work so I contacted Bangood for a replacement . They asked me to post a video on utube of it not working. I had never posted a utube until then, but luckily I had a utube account (don't know how I got it!) and it proved quite easy. Banggood then, without any fuss, sent me a replacement which only took 10 days to arrive. They did not require me to send back the faulty item or anything else. So very good customer service, contrary to much that I have read in Bangood reviews.

Bangood have an interesting website with lots of things on it. It is very busy, but I find it reasonably easy to navigate now I have figured it out. However, it is no worse than a lot of other websites I have used. The only items I can speak for are the small electronic modules, as I have not bought anything from their other categories. These are amazing value for money and so cheap in most cases that if I buy a dud item I have only wasted a few pounds.

Of particular interest to me are the toy and hobby items. The components and devices there are quite difficult to find elsewhere and are of use in model airplanes, drones, boats, Arduino microcomputers and the like. The pictures make them easy to identify.

Now, here is one of my problems with Banggood. They sell lots of little electronic bits and pieces that are of great interest to me, but their technical literature is abysmal. You have to know quite a lot about what you are buying and how to use it. I don't know if this is a problem with translation or if their people simply don't know much about what they are selling.

Then there are all the 5 star reviews that are on the Bangood site. -- A bit too good to be true!

On the positive side there are lots of utubes and information that can be found elsewhere on the interweb posted by people who may or may not be connected with Bangood. These show you how to use many of these little modules.

My other problem is with the Chinese State. I have a lot of Chinese friends so I am not against the Chinese people themselves, but with the Chinese State which is clearly a very oppressive regime. Enough said that I remember Tiananamen Square and am watching the present happenings in Hong Kong, and a number of other things. So whilst I count the Chinese people as my friends, I do not wish to lend support to the Chinese government and I don't buy Chinese products if I can help it.

So, in summary, Bangood:
- not as bad as some people seem to say.
- good customer service
- poor technical literature
- but part of the Chinese State

Blufföretag. Ingen vara och inga pengar tillbaka. Lade beställningen, min första, 3 juli. I loggen står det att den är levererad, vilket den inte är och har förmodligen aldrig varit ivägskickad. Trots ett antal mail, som verkar besvaras av en robot, har jag inte fått respons.
Konstigt att dom är kvar med annonser.

On two occasions orders of mobile phones never arrived. Eventually after over 60 days refunds received. Seems like a scam to get hands on your money for 60 days. Doubt if the goods were ever shipped.
Finally paid a bit more on Amazon and the phone arrived in 17hrs !!

Ordine dell'8 agosto, diviso in 4 spedizioni, le prime due sono arrivate in tempi ragionevoli, la terza oggi, ma la quarta spedizione, con riferimento ordine 88397415 tracking STCPA000002085595329 risulta consegnata il 6 ottobre alle ore 12.22, ma non è vero. Il pacco è stato fermo nella mia città per un mese, dal 21 agosto al 21 settembre quando, contattato Bangood su Messenger, lo stato è diventato "in consegna". Servizio clienti Bangood ora ha un risponditore automatico su Messenger che conferma la consegna e che dichiara Bangood non responsabile del mancato recapito. Pessimi
