Stefan is Excellent! Super professional and has the most in depth understanding of floors. He came and quoted for the sanding and varnishing of our new home, was up front with costs and kept us in the loop throughout the whole time. Would recommend to everyone! The highest of quality at reasonable rates.

Thoroughly pleased with the work Stefan did to our floors. He's a real craftsman, sanding every board carefully and replacing several with similar-looking ones that he sought out especially. His patience was a godsend too, as he was really attentive to minor details and would carefully explain everything to us (and we're super new to this process). We chose a natural varnish in the end, and we’re very happy with the end result. ven left us with extra varnish and sandpaper for future touch-ups and for the stairs (which we’re gonna attempt solo), which was such a thoughtful gesture. You can tell he's genuinely passionate about flooring, and that enthusiasm and expertise shine through in the quality of his work.

He was clear and honest about what he could achieve and definitely delivered what he promised within the price he quoted. He transformed the uncared-for and very dark solid oak floors in the kitchen, living room, hall and bedroom of our recently purchased flat by sanding, lime-washing and varnishing in less than 5 days. They are now dent and mark-free, smooth, with a modern-looking colour and finish. He even found some perfectly matching floor boards to replace damaged ones. A real quality service. Stefan communicated progress clearly and regularly and was respectful of our decor and belongings. We thoroughly recommend him.

Stefan has already transformed the floors of a few of our friends who were very happy with his service, which is how he was recommended to us. We couldn't be more happy with what he's done! He repaired our very damaged pine floorboards by finding old pieces of wood that exactly matched the colour and grain of the wood, and managed to find workarounds around all our pipes and wiring. He also quoted us a price that he promised would be the upper end of the price, and kept his word: the final price was lower, as we agreed in the end not to stain the floor. On top of this, he also taught me how to sand the stairs of our flat ourself, and even gave me (for free) some of the right sandpaper to do it. I will recommend him to any friends who need old floorboards repairing, as his service was so good and because he was so kind to us. Repairing wooden floors is his craft and his specialism: your floors are safe with him, and ours has been completely revolutionised from grey and broken into light and smooth!

Stefan was absolutely brilliant. He managed to do the work with very short notice, before I moved into my flat. He worked incredibly hard and finished a big job in good time and to a high standard. Explained everything and kept me in the loop with photos and updates of the work and anything he found that was unexpected we talked through before a decision was made.
