Strap was lovely but took far too long to arrive.

It fits the watch well and looks good. Band is nice on touch. Only negative is strap is short. It fits me (ave size person) to second last hole. It would never fit big man with large wrist.

New strap for Moonswatch fits perfectly and I prefer it to the standard velcro strap. Delivery took about a week but wasn't in a rush so not an issue.

Waited 2 weeks for delivery from a British company. When emailed to ask for an update on delivery got no response at all.

Terrible customer service-actually zero customer service. Watch straps look cheap-not worth the money. Won't be using again-scamming company.

Cheap nasty drop shipped rubbish.

Will not reply to any emails sent. Misleading delivery details. Looks like it will be despatched from the UK, it comes from China. Says delivery 5to7 days, took two weeks.

Rubbish company. Says they are uk based but my delivery was coming from China. Got a delivery code which never turned up..they then told me that actually on their system order was never fulfilled (so never sent!!) sent another one again never turned up! Now they don’t answer any messages

Ordered straps believing it was a UK based company(Poole)delivery states 5-7 days UK, unfortunately my order on 27/6/25 is in CHINA on 09/7/25!
i have tried contacting them with no reply to 4 emails!
i want a full refund as straps were for a trip that they will not be here by!
TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID!

Would give a 0 if possible, have reached out to there company on email and there chat function, after order was shipped to America, and says delivered after 20 days, which I have not received and they have ignored me - terrible brand and terrible customer service - still waiting on a refund! DO NOT BUY - you are throwing cash down the drain

Sound strap, shame it's not Omega stamped like the originals. Postage is 2-3weeks and NOT days as advertised.

I had to use customer services because the postal service was poor. Jamie from the company contacted me straight away and sorted out the problem, excellent customer service! Very happy with the watch strap!

It was delivered after nearly a month and was pinkish red and not bright red like in the pictures online.

Great looking and feeling strap, including a tool for spring bar removal. Stays in place and compliments the watch. Took a while to arrive - probably from China - but that’s ok. Maybe a little overpriced if you pay full price but still a good strap! I am happy with my purchase.

Absolute scam and utterly useless. Scammy drop shipping straps from China not uk based do not respond to emails. Delivery nowhere near timescales quoted. STAY AWAY

It advertised a strap for a Tudor Black Bay Ceramic which had a lug width of 22mm. The strap that arrived has a 20mm lug width so is therefore of no use. No response from this company offering a correct strap or a refund. Would not recommend.

Ordered a watch strap for the Black Bay 58. Strap arrives and the fit is awful, I contact customer service who say they need to check with the warehouse about the issue.

Jamie apologises and asks me to send the strap back for a refund.

I have to pay £5 to return the faulty strap. The return address is a random house in Poole (2 Sandy Lane) not a business or office address.

The package is not received. Nobody there to receive it. Royal Mail have the watch strap. Jamie has my money. I'm down £25 and another £5 for return postage.

The store is not answering emails nor live chats.

I have not received my watch straps. I have attempted to contact the company via email, live chat and their social media accounts and I am not getting any responses. I am incredibly unhappy (and out of pocket). I will not be using them again.
