I have been searching for a replacement strap for my 60 year old Rolex Day Date watch. I’ve had some bad experiences - including with a genuine Rolex strap fitted at the last service - so I approached this purchase with a little doubt in my mind. How wrong I was!
I ordered:
RIOS1931 LOUISIANA Alligator-Embossed Leather Watch Strap in MAHOGANY
20mm/16mm / 114mm/82mm / Gold Buckle

It’s gorgeous and not flimsy like some others. Of particular concern was the buckle size as I have a Rolex gold buckle that I wanted to put on and it’s an unusual size. It fitted perfectly.

There was one tiny issue - a missing spring - which was no big deal as I’d use the original Rolex ones anyway. But I thought I’d let them know for quality control purposes. They offered to send a couple out immediately, which I turned down as I didn’t need them. They also offered a 5% discount on a future order. I think that is excellent customer service and I shall certainly use them again - especially with a 5% discount on already excellent prices.

If the UK were run by this team, we wouldn't be in the current mess. Outstanding products and services with a real personal touch and top-notch efficiency.

I’ve been collecting watches for quite a while, swapping out straps etc. This is my first time using watch obsession. The strap is superb, exceptional quality and the delivery time from ordering was unbelievably quick. Will definitely be using again.

Ordered a strap that was lost in shipping. Reached out to the team at Watch Obsession and they were absolutely fantastic. Great communication throughout the process and sent a new strap - at half-price - to me almost immediately. I have ordered multiple straps from them and they will always be my first choice!

Strap arrived as described, however the new shipping company charges you duties after you already prepay the duties when ordering. I’ve been emailing back and forth with WatchObsession with no resolution. I ordered to Canada for reference.

A strap was damaged in transit, but they were great at dealing with the issue.

I ordered a strap recently and when it arrived I couldn't be happier with the order, the quality of the strap is fantastic, the delivery literally arrived the day after dispatch and Heledd who I spoke to even added spring bars into my order after I'd placed it!

I ordered a watch strap and noticed later that it was the incorrect size. I called the store and Heledd was the individual that I had the pleasure speaking with. I have larger wrists however, the watch face I have (a gift) was smaller in size and thus is limited in available xl straps in the styles I like. Heledd went above and beyond assisting me with the correct size and began looking for some options to provide me with. Although we found that it was slim pickings in the size/style I wanted, we found winner. Excellent service and follow-through. Thanks Heledd!!!

I inadvertently purchased the wrong strap size. Watch obsession, were brilliant enough to replace and to install the deployment clasp for me. Great advice and service from them! I would recommend them highly.

First class service from telephone advice through to fast delivery of chosen watch strap. This was my first order with Watch Obsession but I would have no hesitation using them again and recommending them.

Have used these guys a few times and always had great service.

Found several watch straps that fitted my Breitling (which has very small dimensions) and ordered the one I liked. The information on the website is great as I found that I can use a different clasp I have with the strap. Really impressed that it arrived the next day and very happy with it. This will now be my go-to place if I ever need another one.

Never received it!

Got an email to say it had been delivered but nothing had arrived. Looking at the POD it looks like it was delivered to another address and I have no idea which. The picture looks nothing like my front door. To be sure I’ve double checked the shipping address on the order and it’s correct so I have no idea why it would be delivered to another address. I’ve checked with neighbours and no one seems to have received it. Could you find out where your genius courier dropped my parcel please? People who can’t be bothered to read an address properly or send a POD with the address on so you can at least confirm where it was left! Willing to amend the rating if this is sorted.

Amazing service. The quality of the product is top notch and well packaged. Very impressed, ordered on 27 August and was delivered 29 August, with customs costs covered in the price (from UK to South Africa). Highly recommended
