I placed an order on 11/7/23 for a swim mat as a birthday present. It is now 25/7/23 and it’s still not arrived.
I had contacted swimcore a few days ago in an attempt to cancel my order as it’s too late for the birthday now and they have told me I will need to wait for the package to arrive and then send it back.
So still waiting…..

Dear Louise,
Thanks for your review, but unfortunately, we have to disagree with what you are saying. When you placed the order, we emailed you that delivery would take longer than expected due to the high item volume and special delivery.
Sometimes next-day delivery isn't possible, especially with high volume items. Even when you buy high-volume products on Amazon, you must wait more than 7-8 working days.
We understand you had the pleasure of leaving us a bad review for no exact reason. Still, we can also see that the item has been successfully delivered. We tried to call you and left an email offering the return label and an immediate refund.
We are still waiting for your reply; as of now, there is no response from you, so please let us know if you want to keep or return the item and accept the refund; we will immediately send you a return label and issue the full refund of your order.
Thank you
Great product and service

Thanks Mick, glad you were happy with the product and the service.
Very helpfully compensated for my mistake on ordering
I ordered just one exercise dumbbell (instead of two) by mistake and when I realised that and explained I had thought they always came in pairs, you gave me another one free of charge. This was very helpful and much appreciated.

Easily done! Glad we could sort it out quickly for you. Thanks for the review.
True customer ‘service’!! Amazing!
A company where customer service is first - how refreshing!!! Had enquiries related to my delivery date and Adam couldnt have done more to help me - including replying late evening to help - and a personal email too, not some corporate rubbish!
Best company i have ever bought from!

Thank you, Pam. Answering questions properly is the least we can do, so it's lovely to hear it made a difference.
The company followed up on my purchase.
The company contacted me following my disappointment with the product of my initial purchase and has gone all out to resolve the issue by sending a different sized product at the same price point.

Exceptional service & Quality products
Ordered a couple fitness items from Swimcore. The first item arrived within a day or two. I was happy with the quality and started using it in my workouts straight away.
The other item was delayed so I contacted them and Theo was excellent in following up with me until it arrived. It had been held up in the postal system but Theo kept me updated and offered various options if I preferred to cancel the order etc. It wasn't urgent so I was ok to wait. After confirming with me when it had arrived, Theo also offered a shirt as a good will gesture to make up for the delay. He made sure I was completely happy from order to delivery.
Based on the items I received & the responsive and professional way Theo dealt with my delayed item, I am completely reassured in recommending Swimcore and will happily order from them again.
