Thank you so much, Üzeyir!
It was a real pleasure having you on the course. I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed the training and found it valuable, we always try to keep it professional but friendly too.
Hope you’re making good use of the vest as well, a little gift from us for your effort and great attitude throughout!
Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. Our trainer Nathaniel was engaging and informative and ensured a great learning environment in the practical pool segments and during the theory segments. Training days can usually feel a bit dull, but this one definitely wasn’t - Thanks Nat! Our assessor Zaier put everyone at ease whilst remaining professional during examination. Thank you Swimcore Academy.

We’re really glad you enjoyed the course and that Nathaniel and Zaier made it such a positive learning experience. It means a lot to hear you found the sessions engaging from start to finish.
Hope you’re enjoying the under-wetsuit vest too, it’s our little thank-you for being part of the Swimcore Academy training!
Not worth it
A lens/eye piece was dislodged. I managed to put it back but of course now very unsure if it will stay or not.
Bought form Australia, shipped from the UK with a AUD60 shipping fee for an AUD80 glasses.
Did not bother to return as it may cost me as much. Never again. A person emailed me reassuring me that feedback will be passed on but that is it!!!
NEVER again. Aussies, do not buy. I was duped.

Hi Maria,
I’m genuinely sorry to read your review, but this doesn’t feel fair. We’ve been in contact and offered support, but it seems you preferred leaving a negative review instead of allowing us to resolve the issue.
We’re a small company that always tries to help our customers, including those in Australia, and we’ve had many happy and loyal buyers from there without any issues.
It’s disappointing when someone chooses not to give us a chance to make things right, but we wish you all the best.
Kind regards

Hi Mircea,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and we’re sorry for the delay with your order. As we are based in the UK, international orders can sometimes take longer to process and ship, which may have caused the one-week delay you experienced.
We also always ship with DDP ensuring you do not have to pay any fees when receiving the item.
We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly so we can assist you.

Hi Vanessa,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the delay with your order. The 4XL size you purchased was temporarily out of stock and needed to be restocked, which caused a longer waiting time than usual.
We stayed in touch with you throughout this process, and as shown on the tracking, your item has now been delivered successfully. We really appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi Gunyong,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re really sorry to hear that your delivery took longer than expected.
As we are based in the UK, international/overseas orders can take additional time due to customs and local postal services, which is unfortunately outside of our control.
We always do our best to ship orders quickly and provide tracking where possible so customers can follow their parcel’s journey.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and if you need any further updates on your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Bought shampoo and conditioner and pressed buy before I read the final charge. I was charged more for postage than the price of the shampoo and conditioner. I immediately tried to cancel my order and emailed them. but, I got no response.
