I was loyal customer but last year despite being told to they failed to put my rebate on my tax code i was told this was a mistake so this year I trusted them again despite mentioning it on at least four emails to multiple members of the swift team this was completely ignored again I have logged a complaint but it’s gone silent. I’m sure this is attempt to gain more of the rebate instead of the small fixed fee I have paying you cant trust this firm stay well clear

J'ai payé une livraison internationale,le colis n'estjamaisarrivé et un de leurs diplomate l'a volé. Ça c'est très mal passé. Le service client et la direction son nulle et ne règle aucun conflit. Non jamais rembourser ni les frais engagés, et pourtant ils étaient élevés ni le colis. Et je n'étais pas là seule à être dans ce cas. C'est une entreprise qui n'est pas à conseiller et tout ceux qui prennent leurs services devraient couvrir leurs arrières. Je suis déçue et je ne recommanderais jamais leurs entreprise.

As a paying customer for the “Fast track option” It has been 5 months since starting the process, still not finished and still don’t have the funds. Website states they are open until 5pm however close their phone lines at 12:00 so getting through to someone is near impossible. Fast track is meant to be fast and are meant to be chasing for the funds to be released however I am constantly chasing the accountant for an update and struggle to be getting responses or any progress.
