Es un lugar fantástico. Súper cuidado, espacioso y muy lindo. La vista del departamento es muy linda. Súper conectado con subte, en la esquina, y líneas de colectivos. Muy práctico.

The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and quite comfortable, suitable for a family stay. The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything. We were satisfied and would recommend it.

Ça faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas vu un service aussi bon. Toute l’équipe est au top, attentionnée et aux petits soins.
La chambre est nickel, très propre, et le lit est ultra confortable — on y dort vraiment trop bien. Franchement, bravo.

Un grand bravo pour le parfait accueil de la réception et de son Patron. Explications courtoises et petites attentions lors de l’accueil rendent votre séjour très agréable. Je reviendrais et je recommande.

We spent 2 nights at the Sweett - Aragon Park Miro in Barcelona.
We were 6 of us, but we needed 4 rooms to sleep in because the 2 youngest family members are not a couple. The Sweet - Casa Miro was a perfect choice for us. Altough we had only 3 rooms, we could use an extra sofa bed in the living room so it became the 4th room for us. There were 2 bathrooms in the apartment and it made our evenings practically. If we had just one it would have been uncomfortable a little.
The sound-proofing (which is important to me) was quite good, we heard almost nothing from the other apartements.
The whole apartment is well equipped, not just the kitchen and we definitely needed these household appliances tough we didn't know that earlier. On the first evening instead of seeing Font Magica we got terribly wet in a monsoon-like rainstorm. I have no idea what we could do without the washing machine, the hairdryer and the ironing! We are very grateful.
Just one problem came up during our stay, but it was solved very quickly so in the end the situation turned out positively. One of the shower taps was working quite weird and almost useless. The staff reacted very quickly, they repaired it in few hours so it was working very well on the second evening.
Getting in to the flat was automatized and problem free. The bonus was that early check-in was offered without extra fee.
Finally the area is also ideal. An underground station, a fairly large Mercadona, a luggage storage facility and the Arenas de Barcelona are just a few minutes walk away. The Barecolna-Sants station isn't very far away either.

I’ve been statin in this hotel for a few times, both alone and with my husband. The location, the amenities, the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness make us come back again and again.

I had a truly magical stay at Gallery Poble Sec VII. It had everything we needed for travelling — a real home away from home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the location was perfect, and the neighbourhood was wonderfully quiet. Every member of staff I met during the trip was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the stay even more special. I’m really looking forward to coming back in 2026.

We have great accomodation in Barcelone. Our aparment was located on street Carrer de Bailèn, Eixample. I appreciate two separate rooms with two bathrooms, for four people is absolutely ideal. The apartment was beautiful. Check in/check out was very simple, easy, we handled everything through the application.

Leuke locatie vlakbij Gard du Nord. Kleine maar gezellige ruimte met alle faciliteiten.

Het was er rustig, prima verwarmd en contactpersoon makkelijk bereikbaar bij vragen.

We stayed at Sweett Duomo IX in Milano. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. Very central, a stone's throw from the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, about 1 km from Via della Spiga and 500 m from the Sforzesco Castle. The apartment has everything you need to help you have a super relaxing stay, with all the amenities you'll need. Simple and easy check-in and a very user friendly app. Good value for money.

I Booked Sweett Villiers I in Paris on 20th July 2025. Then, received an email on 6th December from Sweet,
‘We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately due to the end of our tenancy agreement with our landlord, the apartment you booked is no longer available.’

I was offered another apartment, approx. 6.5km further north. This was not suitable for our trip therefore, I declined. Only other option was cancellation and refund which I have received.
This cancellation is a big inconvenience and finding alternative accommodation came at additional £400 expense for duration of stay.

Then on Dec 7th, I received an email from ‘Michael Lancry
Director, Partnerships & Personal Sales’
asking why I cancelled the booking? We would love to hear your feedback. I replied to Michael asking if Sweett own or rent Villiers I in Paris but have received no reply.

It would seem not all depts. in this organisation know what the other is doing.
Allowing customers to book accommodation beyond lease or tenancy agreements is mind boggling. The inconvenience and losses occurred as a result of being required to find an alternative at such short notice is very frustrating. I wouldn’t be surprised if this booking has been cancelled so it can be reposted for a higher price. I asked this question and the advisor Neli G and received this response,
‘ Unfortunately, I’m unable to provide internal details beyond confirming that the tenancy agreement for the original apartment is coming to an end. This is the sole reason for the change. There is no additional gain or intention behind the relocation - we are simply trying to ensure you still have accommodation for your stay.’

Abbiamo scelto Sweett a per la nostra vacanza a Barcellona, tutto funzionale e smart, assistenza virtuale rende tutto molto semplice, il servizio deposito bagagli nelle cassette di sicurezza è stata una sorpresa. ringraziamo tutto lo staff di Sweett

Great location near Milano center, We had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing.The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out easy. Small touches throughout the space made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

L'appartamento era dotato di ogni confort. Comodissimo check-in e out senza uso di chiavi (solo link e codici d'accesso). Ci hanno fatto trovare 4 bottigliette d'acqua e due contenitori: il primo con necessario per cucina(spugna per piatti, spugna grande, strofinaccio, detersivo piatti, pastiglia x lavastoviglie e pastiglia per lavatrice), il secondo contenente capsule caffe, bustine the, monodose di zucchero, sale, pepe e bottigliette piccole di olio e aceto). I. Bagno c'era tutto l'occorrente anche se non lo abbiamo usato (abituati a portare i nostri prodotto da casa).
