We stayed in Villarroel 142 in Barcelona. There were 4 of us.
On arrival there, we were very confused about the staircase lol.
A sign said 1st Floor to the left.
Our apartment was on the 1st floor we were told in our arrival message but nope it was up the stairs which indicates the 2nd floor.
Apparently in Barcelona they have a principal floor then the 1st floor 🤷‍♀️
Anyway the apartment was clean and comfortable. A nice little touch was a welcome package containing coffee etc and there was also bottles of water in the fridge for us. Which was great.
The bedrooms were 2 single & a double. Very comfortable as were the pillows. Maybe a point of reference is that 1 single room has no window. There was also a sofa bed. Plenty of towels & bedding.
The bathrooms ( 2 ) were very small but they were fine for us. The shower was powerful & towels were huge.
Toiletries included.
Unfortunately we had a few people in the block who didn’t want to be considerate to other residents while we were there but that’s not the fault of the apartment owners.
Lots of nearby cafes & literally next door to a bar called Ken Bar.
It was 5 minutes walk away from the underground and other points of interest.
All in all definitely a good place to stay.

Très bel appartement, bien situé proche de toutes commodités. Nous étions une famille de 6 et l'appartement est très bien équipé aussi bien en vaisselle qu'en produits de douche.

I stayed at a hotel in Brussels and it was perfect!
You live in the city, 10/15 minutes to famous sights!
Easy to enter the building any time with their app!
The room was nice, clean and comfortable! I had everything I needed! And I slept soo well these nights!

I stayed at Suite FL and have wonderful memories of it. The apartment is beautifully located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Paris's 17th arrondissement, a quiet, elegant, and very well-connected area.

Everything is close by: shops, restaurants, public transport… you truly feel like a Parisian. The suite itself is spacious, well-decorated, and very comfortable. The terrace is a real bonus for enjoying Paris in complete tranquility.
The welcome was warm and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to discover Paris in an authentic and refined setting. I will definitely be back!

Except some smaller issues, everything was good.

Dejligt hotel. Rent og pænt. Ligger godt og tæt på alt - vi gik til alle seværdigheder, hvilket var hurtigere end at tage metro. Meget venlig personale.

A beautiful Parisian apartment, friendly staff, excellent location!

My experience with the service from Sweett concerning my booking for a flat in Paris on Cité de Trevise was poor. The location was the best part. The flat was very spacious and had good facilities although the fittings and fixtures were a little tired and some were in a downright dangerous state of repair such as a bathroom handle which didn’t open from inside. I actually got trapped one morning and thankfully another guest was there to get me out. This could have been an incredibly dangerous situation. The apartment also suffered from sewage smells and a lack of ventilation. One of the small windows didn’t work. There was old graffiti on the outside window so clearly not monitored that often.

To the service. First, Sweett billed me for a third instalment which I didn’t owe. This was eventually refunded although I lost money on the exchange rate of the refund.

Second, the 24 hour central lobby associated with this property simply didn’t exist at the address they provided, it was just a set of blue doors leading to other people’s apartments. So we couldn’t leave our luggage or ‘talk to the team’ as claimed.

Third, I contacted them via WhatsApp, their in-app chat and email about the lobby issue and faulty bathroom handle and got no reply at all, even three days later while I write this review.

Sweett feel like a front for other hosts with clearly variable standards judging by the reviews. There is no Sweett team on hand. The AI on WhatsApp is all you get. This automated service and the digital keys and the lack of humans will most definitely fail in the long term.

I will not be using Sweett or their accommodations again.

Gorgeous Accommodation in Barcelona, my stunning big AND very clean room facing the stunning terrace was just amazing. The 2 staff members (a lady and gentleman) who helped me we AMAZING and KIND, I arrived too early for my check in and they helped me store my bags while I was killing time and checking out the area. Got back and checked in so easily. The app has EVERYTHING all the information you need is there and very clear. Accommodation is very close to Metro Station and some cool restaurants around. I can’t wait to travel back to Barcelona and experience it all over again. I think I’ll go again in September for my birthday

Location was perfect in distance of most toerist points

I had a wonderful stay at Sweet Girona apartment in Barcelona. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect – the metro is only 20 meters away, which is great if you are traveling with children. If you are without children, you can easily walk everywhere because the location is so central.

Whenever I had a question, I got an answer immediately, which made everything very easy and stress-free. Check-out is around 11, but since our flight was late, we were able to leave our luggage very close to the apartment in their lobby. It was completely safe and also free, which was very helpful.

Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again!

The location was unbeatable. It was very clean and tidy, with all kinds of dishes, soap, etc. If we had any problems, they responded instantly via WhatsApp. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your kindness.

Everything was perfect. Cosy and very clean room, kind stuff, easy to use application with instructions and information we need, excellent hotel location and shop next to it. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

Location is great for visiting Barcelona and going to the FCB game. We were staying with children and friends and whole stay was great. Owner is good and gives you all needed things at the beginning of the stay. Strongly recommend.

Een heel mooi en ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen. Ik zou er zo kunnen wonen. Proper. Centraal gelegen, kortbij metro. We verbleven er met 7 personen iedereen had voldoende ruimte.

It was a very seamless experience, beautiful rooms, helpful staff. We loved the locker service!! It was just perfect, we even extended our trip one more day
