Good location /apartment and nice staff

We had a wonderful stay at the Luxury Velasca Apartment. The location is perfect—right in the center, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment itself is spotless, very well-maintained, and feels welcoming from the moment you step in. It’s spacious and thoughtfully equipped, making it an excellent choice for families. We especially appreciated the comfort and cleanliness, which made our stay relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and family-friendly place in the heart of the city.

Tout était parfait !!! L'appartement est très beau , très spacieux , très agréable, très bien équipé et très bien situé. Il y à tout ce qu'il faut dans les alentours, que ce soit à pieds ou en voiture tout est à porter de main et il n'est qu'a 4 km de la plage . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons très vite que ce soit ici ou dans une autre location Sweet . Merci pour tout Sweet ❤️

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. El apartamento es muy bonito, acogedor y señorial. Nos ha encantado el barrio en el que está, muy próximo a las instituciones europeas. Muy amable también la señorita que nos atendió en la recepción.

There are plenty of shops, restaurants, fast food places, and grocery stores in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Public transport is very convenient, with a metro and bus stop nearby. The building itself was beautifully renovated, both inside and out.
Access to the property was very modern and easy – both the main entrance and the apartment door could be opened with a code provided in advance.

The apartment itself was simply wonderful: modern furnishings, a fully renovated interior, air conditioning with heating and cooling functions, radiators in every room, an oil heater, separate TVs in the living room and bedroom, Wi-Fi, and a safe.

The kitchen was equipped with a wide range of appliances (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, built-in microwave, stovetop, etc.), as well as glassware, coffee and tea mugs, tableware – in short, it had absolutely everything you might need.

The complimentary supplies were also excellent, including coffee capsules, tea, sugar, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, and laundry capsules.

The rooms, beds, and linens were spotless and perfectly clean.

The apartment in Brussels was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Well suited for our two day stay. The apartment had everything we needed. Lovely bakery around the corner. We are walkers, we walked from the bus station to the apartment and to the train station when we were leaving.

Beautiful, well maintained, luxurious apartment with everything a guest may need. Lovely views of the river Seine from every window. Seamless remote check-in and check-out process. Also, it was very easy to get in touch with an agent through WhatsApp. I really liked the experience. Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment during my 3-day holiday in Paris. Its location is unbeatable — just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, and felt very safe. It truly made my holiday worry-free and gave me the comfort of a home away from home. Highly recommend!

This was a great find in Paris. The apartment is super large, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It's bright and very well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable. I'm going to miss it.

Both were wonderful stays.
The apartment was spacious, very convenient and clean. The pictures don’t lie so you get exactly what you expect.
During our stay, we had some questions and the staff was very responsive.
