Absolutely terrible! If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Placed an order a month ago. Still don't have it. My tracking information stopped on October 6th. THREE WEEKS of no movement, no nothing!! They have my money.... I have nothing!!! Do not order from this place. It's in China. Their on line phone number it has been out of service for quite a while. They're extremely good at excuses but not customer service.

Ordered the cute and adorable elephant like many others from sweetandrosy.com and got an extra small version of what was shown. Even when you click on the larger one it still shows the same size elephant regardless of which one you choose. **RIP OFF** because now that you have the merchandise, if you want to return it you have to ship it back to England!!!! Which from where I am (in Ohio) it would cost $26.00, I paid $30 for the elephant!! Not worth it, Not happy, Not a customer everrrrr again!! Sincerely order# 11525

Complete rip-off! Ordered lg elephant pillow and received a 6” elephant! This for 30 dollars! Refunds are questionable! They won’t pay for shipping! DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Don't buy from this company. Their shipping is so slow that my 80 year old grandmother walks faster than them. What is worse is the tracking number they provide is absolutely no information.

I wouldn’t say my experience is terrible because I ordered a phone case and it came and I actually liked it but I didn’t trust it. The first time I dropped it the case broke, so definitely cheap products. However when I emailed them, they were quick to respond and gave me a full refund upon request.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. PRODUCT IS CHEAP CHINESE CRAP. I wish I read the reviews. I spent 39.99 on shoes that don't fit and don't bend. I was promised it to fit well on my bunion but it didn't meet those standards AT ALL! Returns cost more than half of how much the shoes are worth. This company does not know the products they are endorsing. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE. One star doesn't describe how I feel. :(

I never received my order even though I received an email saying it was delivered. Viewing the sweetandrosy tracking doesnt even say where it was delivered just that it was and evweyrjong else is in foreign characters. The tracking # provided came up as invalid in USPS tracking! When I emailed customer care they told me to inform my post office because it was delivered.

Wrote poor review about sandals Recently and was going to give them away but thought better of it. Sent them back to UK depot telling them I’d taken photos of original packing, hard copy of invoice, padded Jiffy bag I’d returned them in, copies of signed for and proof of delivery receipts. Got my money back with 3 days! So very pleased. Returns service far better than product so have amended my review. They should have had 2.5 as product still poor , but was generous as no opportunity to score .5

I ordered a Rosy bear for my daughter's 8th grade promotion I was so disappointed they sent me the wrong color the wrong size.

I ordered some sandals and tried to cancel within 10 minutes. No answer on the customer service number, just busy, busy, busy. Next day received an email that I could not cancel because it was shipped. Not sure how this will turn out but I will notify the property authorities and have some friends in Twitter with MANY FRIENDS WITH FRIENDS,write an honest review.

Don’t risk losing your money! My sandals never arrived (USPS shows them delivered but to a different zip code, so I dk if they Sent it to the right address). Their customer service representatives simply would not answer my emails.

I did receive the item today it was not packed well and the box was crushed. Both the day and night visor had a crack in them. My time is much to valuable to bother try sending this item back but rest assured I will not be purchasing from you again and I will let others know that it’s probably not a good idea to purchase from your company.
Customer Service line is always busy. I think the line is not manned and just left off the hook.

This is a joke. Ordered for Valentine’s Day. Product wasn’t even shipped until 8 days after Valentine’s Day. I messaged customer service, nothing... next day, still nothing. I message customer service again and get a half answer saying there are no gaurentees and nothing else. I would never do business with these clowns again and I will share this experience with anyone who will listen. This site is no short of a complete scam.

Ordered a Rose Bear from them for my daughter for Valentine’s Day. They sent me a tracking number that can’t be tracked and then said to be patient that they received a large amount of orders for Valentine’s Day. I sent an email before Valentine’s Day to make sure it would arrive on time and received a generic reply that they are working on it. It’s almost the end of February and still no package or update. I would not use them ever again. Buyer beware

Terrible terrible terrible! Stay away at all costs. They will assure one thing and do the complete opposite. The customer care line is a joke it goes nowhere. If you email them you'll be lucky to hear back within 24 hours. They took my money created a shipping lable and then did nothing with it. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!!!

I ordered something for my son for Christmas this year and ordered it in plenty of time before the holidays. It actually said that it would arrive before Christmas and it didn’t. Meanwhile I message customer service over and over and over and they were not helpful at all. Despite the phone number you call you don’t actually get to talk to an actual person it just tells you that they are super busy right now and to please email them. Which as I said I did over and over and I got responses but it was basically stating for me to track a package that was untrackable by UPS. I guess this is what I should expect one ordering something from China I should’ve known better than to do it. This was one of my sons big Christmas presents and he had to wait until January 15th to get it. This whole situation was very frustrating and the fact that I can’t actually talk to somebody makes it all the more worse.
