We were very happy with Shane and the guys from SV Roofing & Renovation. They were proactive in their approach from the beginning, proving to me they wanted this job, even though it was not what some would class as a 'Big' job. They were prompt, polite, they respected the property they had to walk through to get to the back and cleared up the work area after themselves. We were delighted they lived up to their good reviews. I chose SV Roofing out of several quotes to repair my roof and replace all fascias/gutters because they were competitively priced and had excellent reviews. After a couple of delays, once Shane and his team got started, they worked tirelessly until the job was finished - including through the two hottest days ever in the UK! From the start, you could see the standard of workmanship was very high. Shane kept me informed of additional work that it became apparent needed doing, and quoted a fair price. In the end they fitted a whole new roof on the rear extension, including ventilation tiles. They cleared up any mess at the end of each day and the finished job looks excellent. I highly recommend SV and would definitely use them again.

We had a new roof across 2 semi-detached houses, removal of chimneys, new tiling on the curved bays and the porches re-roofed. Despite the initial delay due to lack of materials (global shortage) when Shane and his team started, they really took pride in their work. They were pleasant and friendly, but got on with the job. The finished roof looks good and the way the flue was capped, just under the new roof, was very professional. The additional work identified as necessary once the old roof was removed, was reasonably priced. Shane’s suggestion to send photos of the stages of the job to the Building Inspector saved a further visit.

All work carried out to a high standard. Shane provided before and after photographs when work was completed. Site left clean and tidy. Very happy with completed work.

The work was conducted very professionally and kept informed as work continued and invited to go up on the roof to view the work in progress.

The cost was considered very reasonable.

Shane and the team took on the job at short notice after all the storms. He stopped the leaks then returned promptly to ensure issue never returned. Work was completed professionally with a real tidy finish. He provided good value and a warranty. Very impressed!

Following the recent storm I needed some ridge tiles replaced. Spoke to SV Roofing on the Friday and advised that they were not currently visiting to provide a quote, however they asked me to take photos of the missing ridge tiles and send them via WhatsApp so that they could provide a quote for the work required.

I received a quote via WhatsApp which I thought was reasonable and I then accepted.

I was given an appointment on Friday for the.work to be carried out on the Sunday so I accepted. However, two hours before the work was due to be done I received a WhatsApp to advise that they would attend the following morning (Monday) instead without checking if this was convenient. I said this was not convenient and it was arranged for the Monday afternoon instead.

They visited on the Monday afternoon and it took just under an hour to do. I went outside afterwards to have a look and spoke to both the men who explained to me about the work completed. They were very polite, tidy and professional. Looks like a very neat job

I will consider using this company again if i require any other roofing work in the future.

We met with 4 roofers and Shane from SV Roofing stood head and shoulders above the rest, offering sound advice and a professional service. Very happy with the results.

During the high winds I had 4 ridge tiles came off the roof, I found SV Roofing on the internet and right from the first contact they communicated quickly and got me booked in right away, I was very happy with their efficiency and expertise, friendly guys who finished the job without any fuss quickly. The results look great and premises left clean.

Shane and his team were fantastic. Diagnosed an issue with the cladding on my roof using a drone with a camera then quickly went about fixing that and building a new roof over a leaky kitchen annex. No fuss, good communication, on budget, and very high standard of work.

Shane's team carried out a full renewal of our terraced house roof, full re-render of the rear of the house, plus extensive making good of parapets, chimney etc. The workmanship was excellent and all staff were professional, tidy and considerate. Would highly recommend.

Shane and his team have worked on two roofing projects at my home in Beckenham (garage flat roof; and replacing section of main roof and repointing/capping chimneys). Shane came round to look at our flat roof in early 2020 lockdown and provided a straightforward and reasonable estimate according to what we asked for
We had to wait several months due to him him being very busy, but once the job started, Shane and his team turned up when they said they would, made good progress (except in bad weather) were very careful moving tools and materials etc through our house, communicated well with us.
The rubber roof and skylight they installed looks great.
We are very pleased with the work and the way it was carried out and we are happy to leave a review to say so
