This service is great and wonderful to use.

Orders are shipped out in a timely manner

SVM is easy to use and the customer service is always helpful and friendly. We've been using SVM for over five years. Recently, we had a delivery issue with FedEx (cards not received) and SVM worked with us to research the issue until our cards were received.

Not trustworthy. Sent a card to my client, which never arrived. I requested to re-issue a new card, and this is the reply I got:
"Unfortunately, the cards are shipped live to avoid need for activation upon receipt, and we therefore cannot replace the funds on a new card."

How does it take 4 days to deliver an eGift card by email?! completely ridiculous and the fact they refuse to offer a refund. It's unacceptable that they charge you before they send the email, something that can be done immediately. Very unhappy with this service and will not be using it again.

This is a no brainer. I always receive excellent service and our account rep rocks! He is very helpful.

Buyer beware! I purchased some Shell gas cards as gifts and then changed my mind and requested a refund. After 3-4 weeks of emails, SVM said no refunds and referred back to Shell to request a refund directly. Again, another 2 weeks of emails until Shell also said that their gift cards are “non-refundable” even though I did not see that anywhere on SVM’s site or Shell’s. The rep for Shell did give me a helpful tip by stating that I could, “use the cards as gifts”. NO S**T!

Worst customer service I have ever received. No hello, thanks for calling, extremely rude as well completely not helpful. I was trying to buy $300 worth of gift cards for Chevron and their payment processor using Paypal denied the transaction 5 times, then with an unwilling to help customer service rep that gave me no options and only told me the address was wrong (which it wasn't) I then took my business to the Shell Website, used all the exact same info I had given them and the transaction processed with no issues. I am in customer service, this is not how you handle customers, you in the least try to help them spend money with your company.

I like getting my bulk orders from SVM, but the shipping processing, etc. fees are way high. I would order more from them if the fees were cheaper. My budget is eaten up by all the fees they charge.

They are cheaters and scammers. Worst customer service. There is no way to contact the customer service.
