I’m a first-time customer, but I can already say with some certainty that I won’t be a one-time customer.

I ordered the Long Haul Jumper, Long Haul Harbour Beanie and Ranger Cap, and the quality, attention to detail and overall feel of everything is excellent. There’s a very clear sense of thought behind the brand, from the products themselves through to the inspiration they draw from Japan (really do love that place - you should go!)

There was a slight hiccup with the delivery, but if anything, it gave me a better impression of the company. It was acknowledged and dealt with immediately, with no fuss and complete transparency. I also had a couple of questions about sizing and fit and received a response almost straight away. Exactly how customer service should be.

A couple of useful sizing observations for anyone considering the same pieces: I’d describe my head as medium/small and the Harbour Beanie is a fairly snug fit. The Ranger Cap is beautifully made, although on a shaved head it sits slightly higher than I expected, which will simply be down to the size of my head rather than the cap itself.

What's impressed me most, though, is the openness of the company. They come across as people who genuinely care about what they make, where their inspiration comes from and the experience their customers have. There’s an authenticity to it that’s increasingly rare.

A slight delivery hiccup, handled brilliantly. Great products, excellent communication and a brand I’m very pleased to have discovered.

Sod it - I'm going in for another hat!

I have been buying clothing from Sutsu for a number of years. Recently purchased three t-shirts, which became misshapen around the neck after a handful of washes, which hasn't happened previously.

Contacted customer service to provide nothing more than feedback on my disappointment with this batch, as I had understood the weight of the material used had changed recently to improve quality and longevity. T-shirts I'd purchase two years ago still fit as they did when new.

They came back immediately and advised this should not have happened and arranged to have replacements sent out in the original lighter weight fabric.

I hadn't expected or requested this response, but great customer experience.

I have bought a number of products from Sutsu, but recently bought two extra large T-shirts that were just a little bit too tight. I am so used to bad Customer Service that when I was immediately offered an exchange for a larger size I was amazed and very happy to accept. Not only did they make the exchange but they mailed them to me as soon as I showed them proof of postage that I’d sent back the previous T-shirts. Well played Sutsu, very well played. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I mistakenly ordered the wrong sweaters thinking they were the style I'd had previously. They weren't and I was really disappointed as I love my old Sutsu sweaters.

The staff at Sutsu pointed out my mistake and kindly sent me the correct jumpers as an exchange. I live in Australia so they allowed me to return the ones I'd mistakenly ordered in exchange and sent the new jumpers out without delay.

The correct style sweaters have arrived now 'Long-haul 350gsm slim fit' and they are just as amazing as I remember. Soft and warm but hold their shape amazingly, they wash great with minimal shrinkage and my old jumpers still look new after countless wears and washes. So glad I can still get them, and very appreciative of Sutsu's support when it was very obviously my mistake. I'll be ordering more, and trying some new bits soon.

I recently bought two long-sleeve t-shirts from SUTSU based on how good the quality looked on their website, and I am incredibly impressed.
The delivery was fast and efficient, and the shirts themselves are excellent quality. The fabric feels premium, the sizing is absolutely spot on, and the price point is a major plus for this level of product.
What really blew me away, though, was their customer service.I had ordered a white and a navy shirt, but a black one was accidentally delivered instead. It was a simple packing error—something that can happen to any business.
I hopped onto their website chat on a weekend fully expecting to wrestle with a robotic AI bot. To my surprise, a real human named Jon answered.Jon was fantastic to deal with. He asked me to email over my order details, and he took care of everything immediately. Just two days later, the correct navy shirt arrived at my door.It is rare to find a brand that delivers both great clothing and genuine, lightning-fast human customer service.

SUTSU has earned a loyal customer in me, and I highly recommend them!

I placed a bespoke order for three t-shirts from Sutsu, which I recently received. I'm delighted with them. The material is excellent, the designs beautiful and the colours striking. The customer support throughout the process was seamless.

I’ve ordered quite a few things from Sutsu previously and always been happy with them. On this occasion, I placed the order and received an e mail saying that I should receive the items within 5 BD. I e mailed the company making them aware I was going on holiday in less time than that and I received them 3 days later. Brilliant customer service and as always happy with the items ordered. Have used previously and certainly will again.

I’m 1,90 and quite slim, and it’s not easy to find sweatshirts. Not at Syrah. Love the cut and quality, especially that the measurements on the site are so helpful. Great and flexible customer service, too!

I got two sweatshirts as a gift. They turned out to be the wrong size. I easily got them exchanged to two in the right size. The Sutsu team are very helpful and responsive and sent the new size as soon as I shared the tracking number of the return package! On top of that I love the two shirts and their quality!

Just very good quality. Heavyweight, carefully made, well fitting kit. My teenage son gave me probably his one and only ever compliment about my Sutsu sweater. So now he's got one too and I'm sure we'll be back for more.

I had an issue with La Poste in France blocking one of my packages for weeks. The Sutsu customer service team (especially Eimer) was very helpful, responsive, and immediately offered to send a replacement. The original package finally arrived today, but I am impressed by their professionalism and care. I highly recommend this brand!

I ordered the OG sweatshirt in the colour Night for my partners birthday. I hadn't realised the items were made to order and so it wouldn't of been here on time. However, when I emailed the company, the very helpful Eimer offered to request it to be prioritised. It arrived on time and I couldn't be happier. Really nice sweatshirt and partner loves it. Will be buying again in the future. Amazing product and service. Thank you ♥️

Don't bother shopping online if you think you may want to return it. The online sizing chart gives the under armpit size rather than chest size hence item way too tight.
I had to pay for my own return BUT Sutsu then deducted the original shipping charge and a 1.99 insurance fee. Sorry not a good online experience

Excellent customer service. They were kind enough to exchange for an 'old style' Sutsu t-shirt which is more loose-fitting. Very quick responses to my emails. Very pleased with the t-shirt.

Amazing brand and really good quality caps. only just discovered this brand but really like it! They are doing a really good job, will be ordering again!

They do not ship using a fast courier service. It took 3 weeks to receive my order.
Secondly, the caps are HUGE. I would call them a One-size fits Only huge heads. Also, i ordered 2 caps, one is super large and the other one is even larger. I am extremely disappointed and will never ever order again.

I have three sweater by Sutsu, and to be honest, the quality of the sweaters in Mediocre. They're ok, but do not have the premium look, feel and fitting as stated on their website. I was looking for sweaters that fit better than the usual sweaters but after three or four washings (30 degrees max) the sweaters lose their shape and colour. It is not something i could wear to work anymore, but rather at home or super casual settings. Also, the arm cuffs on the grey one are way to tight, so my sleeves keep crawling up my arm during day to day life.
Disappointed, since i was especially looking for that premium look.
