Getting ever more disappointing
We just had some sushi from the self-service counter at Sushi Daily at Waitrose in Beckenham for lunch. This sushi used to be excellent with a great choice but on recent occasions of buying it, it's been getting ever more disappointing.
Most of the options on offer have some sort of spicy additions (also containing gluten) or mayonnaise topping. There were only 3 different sharing boxes that were without anything spicy... not very inspiring at all...
Appalling service from Sushi daily in Waitrose
Ordered online on Sunday for collection on Thursday at 11am from nearest Waitrose store. Order confirmation received and credit card payment taken. Drove to Waitrose to collect, only to find they had no record of the order. I gave them a copy and agreed to return two hours later to collect. Waste of time and icreasingly expensive petrol. Waitrose not interested (nothing to do with us). Sushi daily website offers no contact facility to complain or inform them of their shortcomings. Sushi gourmet in Sainsburys offers much better service

VERY DISAPPOINTED …
We have Sushi daily counter opened in our Malmesbury Waitrose store.I decided to give it a try yesterday because sushi is my husband’s favourite. What a disappointment! Slabs of tasteless salmon on a handsquashed slab of rice, inconsistent, all different sizes and NO taste ! And I know how REAL sushi should taste! Waste of money!
Don’t understand why they open it when they had their own sushi cabinet!

Programme fidélité frauduleux
J'adhère au programme fidélité qui n'en est pas un car dernièrement j'ai acheté deux boîtes de sushis qui ne présentaient aucun code.
Je me suis rendue sur le site internet et j'ai tenté de contacter le service client à deux reprises qui ne m'a jamais répondu.
Les sushis sont chers donc l'offre fidélité présentait un avantage mais, à ce prix là et avec un service inexistant, je préfère aller au restaurant.

Thuis de sushi meteen opgegeten, maar de gebakken uitjes waren taai en de ‘mayonaisesaus’ die erop hoort zat alleen op de eerste en laatste (heeel weinig) zodat, als je ernaar keek het idee kreeg dat ze op alle sushi’s zaten. Wat een nep dit !!

Yesterday I ordered sushi to please myself. The sushi is disgusting and not fresh. The cucumber skins were put in the sushi; the cucumber was wilted and not fresh.
No QR code, for the second time
Very unimpressed. My order was provided without the QR code, so no loyalty points (and it's supposed to be double loyalty points in January). No reply to emails or their webform.

Made me quickly violently ill vomited within 15 mins of eating salmon sashimi
Called the company and they half heartedly said they would pass the message on to please please pull the salmon off the shelves to prevent others getting sick I wanted no compensation nothing but I've never been so sick
The Sushi itself is delicious BUT
The Sushi itself is delicious. However, for the second time in a few weeks, I have ordered a collection from Sushi Daily in Waitrose Marlborough and when I got there to collect my order, they had none of the things I ordered available. Today my order was for my sister and I for my birthday, so I am not impressed.
They are refunding the cost of my order, but that’s not the point. I don’t have the things I ordered for my birthday, so I had to buy alternative food from Waitrose, as they also had very little Sushi prepared.
They need to make sure that if something is available to order online that it is things they actually have. Not impressed.

Je n'ai pas eu mes codes, j'ai envoyé 1 mail le 28 octobre auquel ils m'ont demandé des précisions, depuis plus rien malgré mes relances !
Delicious sushi great service
I bought the Hanabi sushi patter at the Balham Waitrose on friday 28th Nov. The platter was delicious and the service from the lady behind the counter was excellent. The sushi was so well made and delicious.
