I have just been scammed by susan and linda atelier. I wish l checked trust pilot first with these reviews. How can facebook allow it. China that is shocking. Hope they get caught
SCAM SITE
My wife ordered what she thought were four lovely bags because of her mistaken belief that she was ordering from a UK company. The company sends the goods from China and are inferior quality and nothing like the pictures shown on their website. The women shown on the website are clearly not Chinese. Now going through a claim on credit card to get the money back as they would not pay return costs to China and just offered discounts. Beware of Susan and Linda Atelier. SCAM SITE.
My wife checked Trustpilot before ordering and did not find these bad reviews because their website is
susanlinda.com and not Susan and Linda Etalier.
To anyone already caught out by this scam claim back off your credit card company and report to the police as fraud. This is the only way they will be closed down.
Be aware that this company is operating on Facebook and Snapchat (possibly other sites) under various different names. All show high quality bags and claim it is a sale or closing down. Check out reviews before going close to ordering. You will see that others have tried to get refunds within an hour of ordering and are are being told it is too late.
The credit card company has now refunded the money and Susan and Linda sent an email threatening to pass the case on to a debt collection agency to recover the money the credit card company has taken back from them. After contacting the credit card company their instruction was to ignore it as they were dealing with it.
I would give no stars if I could
I would give no stars if I could. I ordered the black cat bag. It has a picture of a black cat with no nose and gold thread almost scribbled all over it, its nothing like the bag advertised it looks cheap and nasty. Avoid this scammer like the plague.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Bought 6 for presents.
Not as shown. Printed bags with quilted stitching.

The product a tota bag had a lovely looking dog on the website. The bag when it arrived looked nothing like the quality of that shown on the website and had a very long shipping time.
I would not order from this company again
Don't trust Susan&Linda Bags on fb
The beautiful quilted bag I was expecting did not arrive. Instead in a flat plastic package no bigger than 20cm x 20cm. Upon opening i found folded up a fabric bag with correct picture but nothing like what had been advertised. I was both shocked and very disappointed as this was to be a special birthday present.
This company is to be avoided like the plague and need to be stopped from scamming people.
Facebook should be accountable for allowing them to advertise on their platform.
Inferior purchase of ‘quilted bag’
I ordered on line - it was indicated it was a U.K. country and the bag would be top quality and quilted.
This is not true - the item came from abroad. It is of inferior quality and material. The material of the handle does not match the rest of the bag.
Very disappointed and as it’s a present - I will give and then buy a nicer gift .
Feel misled by the company and they are misrepresenting their products
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Not all it appears to be. Seem to have several companies using same story - closing down due to landlord putting up rent. Brilliant marketing. But a scam.
Items are made in China - not independently as is suggested. Shoddily made. An adequate bag, but worth only a portion of charge.
Have to return to China - lowest cost I managed to find was £25!
Would give no stars if available
Please do not buy
SCAM BAGS - Beware
I had seen companies like this one selling pretty bags online for a while. Then whilst on Facebook I saw they were having a closing down sale (that's a scam too) and in the wee small hours of the morning I stupidly ordered one. I was wary when I saw they did not use PayPal - but went ahead anyway.
As everyone else says - the bags are just printed pictures of cats and dogs and have no 3-D embroidery. They use AI-generated pictures to scam us. I paid £34 for mine. Although the bag is perfectly acceptable (well-made and colourful) it is only worth about £8-£10.
The company pretends to be in the UK - offering free postage from Royal Mail, but are actually (surprise surprise) in China. The cost of the return is prohibitive and non-refundable. So just cut your losses and keep the bag - but accept a refund if offered.
To be on the safe side I blocked my credit card and requested a new one - you cannot be too careful with these scammers.
I also think Facebook should be held culpable for allowing these adverts - now they know they originate from scammers.
