I found Survey Sparrow simple and straightforward to use. Support were very helpful as well.

I also asked my participants to rate the survey (1 to 5); most users gave a 4 or a 5.

I used the free, trial licence but would consider paying in the future.

There were one or two minor issues around (a) logging the users' details and (b) around reporting.

Integration to PowerBI is offered and I trialed this. Unfortunately, although the mechanism works, it is tedious to set up.

Great chat support regarding survey design issues. While I'm not able to use the service for my current research project, SurveySparrow's multi-platform fluidity will serve us well in the following study.

Simple and intuitive

I work as a Data Analyst in a Super Market and Data is the most valuable part. Mainly Customers feedback are essential for us and to take such bulk survey it is really hard. SurveySparrow really helped me to collect the survey among the consumer groups. It is very easy to use and we get a very large no of options for surveys which make it very beautiful and effective.

I used SurveySparrow for a big community input survey to 'rank' things. It worked exactly as I needed it to, and made my job a whole lot easier. It was simple and effective, clean and easy to use. I will definitely use it again in the future.
