I had a really good experience with survey sparrow. You can even set up your own survey. I like it very much.

Simple to use and outstanding customer support. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall, I am very happy with the program and it's functionality. I was not happy with the way the pricing works. I signed up for the trial and started a 360 that I then intended to pay for when the trial ended. I'm a self-employed consultant and do 360's only on occasion. It was only when I went to purchase the 360 I was working on that I realized you had to purchase 10 of them! You cannot just purchase one as needed. So I was stuck because the 360 had already been sent out and replies were coming in. I couldn't start over as that would be very unprofessional. I explained to survey sparrow what happened and that it was not clear when signing up for the trial that I would be on the hook for purchasing 10 360's if I wanted to keep the one I was working on. I had suggested they allow me to purchase 5 instead of 10 as a middle ground solution. Unfortunately, they were not able to do anything except give me a discount. So here I am, spending waaay more than I had anticipated, and with 9 more 360's to try and use within a year. It was very frustrating and I was unhappy with their inflexibilty given the situation.

The experience so far has been very unique and even better than what I expected, keep it up

I was searching for a solution of my team for a screen test - where you're watching a movie and fill in some questions. The experience was great and I was very happy with the support of the team to extend our trial in order to have more time to test the tool and last but not least we saved so much time with the incredible data visualisation feature! I highly recommend this tool!

Amazing onboarding and experience. Great alternative to other platforms such a Survey Monkey or Typeform. Definetively recommended and great UX/UI and features on the platform!

I looked at several Survey tools and chose Sparrow. Easy to use great interface, useful analytics and reporting. Made the job very easy.

I needed to send a survey to ~20 people on a community platform to ask about how they felt about the state of things. it's a small community, and we don't have any money, per se, so I appreciated the generous free version that they offer.

the platform has many types of questions to get all the answers you could want. I was impressed with the depth of the conditional logic features. while I didn't need to do anything too advanced, I messed around with it a bit for a couple of questions and could tell it could do anything you need it to (other than grouping boolean logic, as far as I could tell, but maybe why are you doing that in an online survey?).

another nice feature was the ability to "seed" a question from the answers of a previous question. I used this to ask people for answers in a multi-select, then to rank their choices.

took off a star because now that my free trial has ended, it seems like I'm going to have to jump through some hoops to stay on the free version. it presents a paywall, and going the "cancel account > too expensive > stay on free version" route leads to an error, so would have to contact support I guess.

they also have a 10 question maximum, which when I started I thought would be no problem. I thin all of the options just gave me ideas of things to try, which you can't really fault them for giving me ideas! and I did have some wasted questions from the select / rank ones. I think that if you used them effectively, you could get a lot done with 10 questions included the free version.

in the end, I didn't actually end up needing the survey, although I did collect a few responses and could tell that even the free sporting was more than enough to get the info that I needed from the survey.

will definitely come back should I need to send create another survey...provided this free version thing works out 😏

This is a good way to make a few dollar... I love the interface
