3. Report in 3 working days - to have one less thing to worry about and to reduce the risk of your chain falling through we issue our reports within 3 working days.
4. Free post survey call - a long report can be daunting. We arrange a call to go through it so you understand it and can ask questions.

good customer service
Customer service was great in terms of booking the survey and getting answers to initial questions I had.
Survey report was clear and had lots of helpful
photos. It was provided quickly, 3 days after the survey.
Follow up call was a bit rushed.

The Survey Hut have been exemplary in the service they have provided. The RICS survey and that subsequent administration was handled quickly and efficiently. James, Riz and the team were always, professional and approachable when I need to speak with them. I would definately suggest others reach out to them when they need to.

We chose Survey Hut after reading…
We chose Survey Hut after reading through local recommendations.
We weren’t disappointed.
The report was easy to follow and was backed up by photographs of certain areas.
We were impressed by the clarity of the roof and chimney photographs taken by their Drone.
We were given the opportunity to make a telephone appointment to discuss the findings of the Survey afterwards.
Everything was easy to understand.
We would certainly recommend Survey Hut.

Survey completed quickly and to a high standard.
James completed our survey for us and we couldn’t ask for more really. The survey was booked promptly and came back to us quickly and was detailed. We arranged a call for a few days after to discuss some things a bit more which we found really helpful and gave us more of an understanding of issues raised.
We also found Riz really helpful in the booking phase!
I would definitely recommend this company and would use again in the future if required.

We had Rob Milne as our surveyor and he was excellent. The call to discuss the report afterwards was also welcomed as first time buyers we were new to the process and Rob took the time to explain everything in depth.
We will definitely be using Survey Hut again in the future.

Survey on older property
Great service from James. Report was done and I was notified straight away once it was ready to view. I had a phone call a week later so James could talk me through the survey. I found this very helpful as I found the report quite daunting to read. I would highly recommend James and Survey Hut team.
