The personal touch
It was so nice to speak to an actual person. At 80 I find it difficult to do everything on line but I chatted with the most helpful lady who just sorted everything out with no problem. I would recommend Surewise to anyone.

No problem with my own policy. Did one for a friend who has no email address.tried to contact you to ask a question but couldn’t find anywhere to do so. He can’t download the policy as he has no way of doing so. Just hoping you send him his policy by mail.

To help reduce paper waste, we operate as a paperless business wherever possible, sending policy documents and reminders via email. However, we completely understand that not everyone has email access.
