I had the most wonderful experience with Arianne. She was the epitome of professionalism. She answered all my questions She has the most present demeanor. It would help if you had 20 Arianne's on your team. You have a customer for as long as you are in business.

The renewal department is not knowledgeable and unprofessional. First they told me the renewal required collateral. I worked with my bank to provide what was needed. Then right before I send everything over I got an email with payment link to renew my existing bond. So naturally I paid and got confirmation saying it was renewed. All before Surety1 received any additional documentation including the LOC. I was skeptical emailed Adan/Victoria asking if this meant my bond renewal was complete with no additional information needed. Got confirmation back say "Yes you are good for another year". So I told my bank to stop the process. Then, the fun started a week before my existing bond was supposed to expire on June 29th. Victoria our of the blue emailed telling me my bond was canceled due to none receipt of colleterial and now is un-renewable had to be re-written. I immediately informed my bank of the changes they were kind enough to restart and got the LOC done in a day. Then I was told the underwriting was mad that I ignored the original request and uncompliant, the colleterial they now require is increased from $50000 which was 100% the value of the bond amount I was trying to purchase, to a whopping $200,000. This whole experience is very very unpleasant, the incompetency is lacking of words to describe. Now my bond expires in 2 days, I have no idea where I am in securing a new bond, and my next container is scheduled to arrive at Long Beach on July 6th. So yeah, I hope some real person is actually reading this review.
