Truly PVC Limited Anmeldelser

Excellent quality, well packaged and speedy delivery...5 star...

Great service

I needed a replacement multipoint upvc mechanism and lock.
I was treated with respect by a very knowledgeable rep. He was helpful in finding and suggesting the parts. Plus the price is unbeatable. £37 at Truly £57 af Amazon and £104 on line. Brilliant. I wish I needed more parts!
Thank you.

Original order was not the items ordered, but after contacting customer service, the correct items were sent without any fuss or extra cost.

I have never dealt with Truly PVC Ltd before. I have a couple of properties that I rent out and during a voids I repair and update them. I needed 110mm White soil pipe bends, I couldn't find them anywhere else. Truly PVC had them and were great to deal with. They are on my supplier list now and I would recommend them based on my experience.

Cerberus euro cylinder lock which was at the best price I could find anywhere. It was despatched the same day and delivered within a couple of days by Amazon. I asked a question about this lock on their Ebay site and got a quick reply from a company I felt I could trust.

Good communications, I asked a question and received a quick response. Was kept up to date with the delivery, which arrived a day after placing the order and the price was very good too.
Many thanks.

Great product and fast delivery, would highly recommend this company.

Purchased PVC window handles. Great price and very fast delivery. On the one occasion I had to ring Truly PVC (I ordered the wrong type of handle) my problem was resolved quickly and professionally. I would recommend this company and I will use them again when required.

Been using these guys for a number of years now, Great product quality, value and service. Thank you Truly PVC.

Hinges arrived very quickly and seem to be of very good quality, thanks.

Absolutely top class service. I wanted a pair of keyed alike thumbturn euro locks with 8 keys. On searching the internet I was resigned to waiting 10 days for delivery and paying for 5 extra keys. Then I found Truly. They had pairs of keyed alike thumbturns in stock that are supplied with 6 keys as standard. Even better they were available for next day delivey! The price was better than I'd found else where and even the 3 extra keys I needed were a good price. All in all you could ask for better prices or service. Thank you.

Ordered as price was good and delivery was delivered promptly

Very quick delivery time, the clips were well made, very sturdy and fitted well

I ordered replacement gasket seal online to collect and took a sample of the old one with me which turned out to be a good idea as I had ordered the incorrect profile. Not a problem to the staff as they just changed the order and gave me the correct one without any fuss even though it was minutes away from closing time!
Would highly recommend.

Excellent staff - and really helpful. Product was just what I wanted!

Truly PVC Limited was the only supplier who had all of the new locks I required in one order. Other, household name, suppliers had some but not all of the products I needed: out of stock or simply not available. Truly PVC Limited had everything on their site and were competitively priced. I ordered on the Saturday and the new locks arrive on the Monday. Perfect!!

The conservatory parts I ordered arrived on time in spite of being delivered by Royal Mail. Unfortunately you will not deliver parts over 600mm long to Northern Ireland and as there seems to be no supplier here for Marley ogee guttering I have a problem. Amazon can deliver long lengths I don't see why you can't. I am trying to repair an old conservatory.

The seal fitted perfectly, delivered in 2 day's.
