Meets Expectations
My Supliful experience has met my basic expectations so far, as the application allows for a streamlined experience to create and import custom branded products into your online storefront. The product catalogue is satisfactory, but I was hoping it would contain more products, like Vitamin B-12 drops, that I and many colleagues consume.
The order fulfillment times could be faster, and the customer support channels need improvement. When I had a question about an order, I could not locate a phone number, email address, etc., and the chat service was non-functional. I had to send a message via Shopify to finally receive support.
All in all, Supliful is a quality application that provides a needed service for small business owners. The products are high quality, and the support team ensures your questions are answered and needs are met.

Very Beginner Friendly
Been using Supliful for a few weeks now and can say that its been really helpful to get a ecommerce business up and running. They're support is pretty good and helps when I have questions, and setting up a product to your store can be done super quick and seamlessly. Definitely would recommend for beginners who want an easy setup.

The service has not been the best
The service has not been the best. We have been a client for a year and it takes them a week to process an order and then it ships. So a customer may not see a product for 2 weeks. If you use Amazon, that means you can be at risk of your account getting deactivated. When I complained they didnt even care. I spent thousands with them. Today's experience was a repeat where a week past to get a product out and I still did not get a tracking number which Amazon requires. I will need to start looking for a new vendor soon as this is not good.

We are not seeing any records under the name used in this review nor any related chats or emails, so we can’t investigate your case without verification.
To address a few points you mentioned:
1. Order processing times:
We are transparent about fulfillment times from the beginning - our website clearly states a 3–5 business day fulfillment window before shipping. This timeframe depends on product availability/demand and is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
2. Regarding Amazon:
We are not directly integrated with Amazon for fulfillment, so using our standard fulfillment pipeline for Amazon orders is not supported. We understand that Amazon has strict delivery and tracking requirements, and expecting us to meet Amazon-native fulfillment standards without the appropriate integration would not be feasible.
However, if you are referring to sending inventory to Amazon and fulfilling via them - we do offer Amazon FBA through our Business Plan subscription. Many of our Business Plan clients are actively using FBA with excellent results, precisely because it solves the problem you are describing.

Great for Beginners, But Not Without Limitations
Supliful is solid for entrepreneurs who want to build a private-label supplement or wellness brand without upfront costs or inventory management. It’s best if your main market is the U.S. and you expect to scale gradually. However, be mindful of shipping delays and the fact that you can’t fully customize product formulas.

I’ve been using Supliful to build and test my supplement brand, and overall the experience has been very solid. The platform is easy to use, product setup is straightforward, and the white-label system makes it possible to move fast without dealing with manufacturing complexity.
I also appreciate the clear product information and integration with ecommerce platforms, which helps a lot when launching and testing new ideas. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I needed clarification.

So far, so good. Their customer support is pretty good. Their process is very streamlined and easy to set up. It's very nice having a US supplier. Their fulfillment times are a bit too long sometimes, and I get customers who complain. But way better if you're used to out-of-country dropshipping.

Overall a great experience
Overall a great experience. Personally, I’m really appreciative of the products that are available. Most of the products are the healthiest versions you can get. This is a great selling point. Also, I like how they make sure to have the certifications and lab tests for the products. One thing I would like is to have more flavors added to the Preworkout and Protein Powders.
