I had my discovery call with Rocktomic today and had the opportunity to meet Marco, the founder — and I’ve got to say, I was very, very, impressed.

Although it was a Zoom meeting, it truly felt like we were sitting face-to-face. The conversation was real, focused, and meaningful.

So I joined up with Rocktomic about five months ago. It has been a good experience thus far. They have been communicative and anytime I reach out they've been available and eager to respond to whatever my questions or comments are. I've submitted tickets so far when I need to communicate, but today I needed to communicate about something else and I wanted to speak to someone right away. I pressed the number to get through to someone for ann immediate concern and the service lady answered very quickly and had a very, very good attitude about what I was asking about. I was very pleased at her answer to my request as I feel that most companies would have answered no because they're all about the dollar as opposed to being more about service to their customer. I will stick with this company from here on out as there's no need to look anywhere else. I wanted to leave a review because before signing up l of course, was a tiny bit skeptical as most people are and that is the reason websites like trust pilot even exist. I want to help out the way that others have helped me by doing the same. Keep up the good work Rocktomic.

I have been working with Rocktomic for more than four years now and the company has great people who are professional and trustworthy. The company has great services, they have responded to my tickets on time, they allowed to visit the HQ offices, toured their warehouse. Marco himself has assisted me with my Brand and Ben the CEO, is a fastastic person. I have created my custom product with them and they are honest. The best company to work with in the supplement industry. You can schedule a call with the owner on a very short notice and answer all your questions. When I was connecting my WordPress store with their warehouse, their staff called and emailed me daily until everything was done.
I was trying to work with another supplement company before I came to know Rocktomic, you can see a big difference and that is why I joined subscribed to their services. Creating a custom product is extremely simplified if you follow their process. How do I know? Beciase I have done it my self.

We placed a one-time bulk order with this company, but they kept billing us continuously without our approval. After I requested a refund, all communication stopped completely. This is a scam company — avoid them at all costs.
UPDATED- after more than a week, management made contact to make a refund. I increase 3* for that.

I’ve started working with Rocktomic earlier this year and they’ve been more than helpful with every step. Between emails, customer service and each department making sure I understand everything from top to bottom. Everyone I’ve spoken to via email or phone has been the absolute best. 10/10 overall.

I've just recently started with Rocktomic. I have nothing but positive reviews for them. They're super attentive, multiple employees check on you to make sure your on boarding process is going smoothly. They're quick and responsive. They set up everything for you... all you have to do is follow the instructions. After dealing with Supliful and coming to Rocktomic, this was definitely the right choice. Listen these guys are the worst run!! They will take your money and never ship your order! Trust me they started off ok, then once you make a big order they stop responding to your emails and you can't do anything run! Do your research there are way better companies out there that charge way less than these guys all they are doing is reselling they don't manufacture the products.

The worst company ever I opt for private label they supposed to do 5 labels for me but I need to chase them everyday

They only do 1 label and it takes them 30 or more days to complete it they are playing with time so that you pay them monthly and u need tk wait and wait
