Pills never arrived
Pills never arrived. Order lost. Customer service HORRIBLE. The order I’m referring to was from July. Of course, it doesn’t show in your records because the person I gave it to must have trashed it. When I called a week later to check on it, the person claimed they don’t take orders over the phone.

Superpill uses an auto-reorder model that doesn't allow time to confirm the delivery address. I immediately notified Superpill that my address has changed and they confirmed my new address; however, shipped my reorder to the old address and charged my credit card.
I called the 2nd time citing that one month later I still haven't received my reorder and the agent has somewhat hostile and said that he would have to check with the pharmacy. To date, I haven't heard anything back from Superpill.

superpill was a very welcome find. my card got hacked so I had to contact superpill to give them the new number, and I needed to see about a couple of new prescriptions.
I contacted superpill after the 4th request for someone to call me.
when I got to speak to a live person, he became very rude, and seemed to be very angry. i told him to have someone else call me so I could take
care of business. i told him he was rude and has no maners.
2days have passed and no call from superpill.
that's so sad, other than the rude person I talked to, superpill was great.
as I said, superpill was and is great. they reached out to me, we fixed the problem and all is good.
