I do not want my prescriptions automatically filled and I told this to the rep when I called to fill my last one. I know when I need a refill which doesn’t seem to align with when the auto refills show up.

Scam. After ordering it doesn’t tell you that you need to fill out questionnaire and submit ID. I had to go back to site to do it and there’s no confirmation. Site created this year. When attempting to login or reset password I get bounced back to sign in. There’s no responses in email and customer service just have you record message.

I made my order. Then I got a email from superpill that that I still needed to fill out the medical questionnaire. That was weeks ago. Still haven’t received anything from them

I’ve been buying my finasteride medication from the for a year now, I recently moved and had modified my address to my new one and yet somehow they managed to make the mistake and send it to my old address, I called and expressed my frustration because I recently had a hair transplant and it’s CRUCIAL for me not to miss a day of finasteride and I explained that to them. I admit, I was rude because you guys can imagine my frustration due to spending 10k on this procedure.

They promised to resend a new order ( Saturday, the day before Labor Day ) they couldn’t promise an overnight shipping so I said okay. Fast forward to Wednesday and I have not received a confirmation about a shipping being sent out, so I called that day and it took me 7 CALLS to finally have someone answer and for them to promise an overnight shipping since it was the pharmacies mistake and now it’s Friday and I’m still to received my order nor a email stating my new shipping being sent out. I’m currently on try #10 of trying to call them ( Friday ) and having no luck, I’m not really mad about this whole hiccup but what I am bothered is that I had no issue within the last year and all of a sudden the first ever issue I have and this being very important cause mind you, I just got a transplant and CANT go a day with out it or the transplant could be jeopardized and it’s not being handled appropriately, it’s not even the $38 they took but more of the moral and respect that they claim to give to customers but they really don’t give a damn. They rather rob someone from $38 instead of making it right and keeping a customer for what could be for life.

It’s crazy too cause I’ve seen how they reply to people and it’s insane that they reply to these customer complaints like teenagers, as if they don’t have their address on their website…
