US/Canada service from Supernote regarding their newest product - it was a bit inconsistent but eventually their customer service team was responsive and dealt with my issues.
The product was not a match for me, although it has many strong points. The pad was unable to transcribe my handwriting - hopefully they will develop an AI that will have you write sample text and then do the transcription. My handwriting is very consistent.
They do have the ability to track your usage and verify the information you give them. I was honest and direct, and they issued my refund - after quite a bit of back and forth, but when they did agree, it was immediate afterwards.
