So practicly i have deposit an amount to account and i got 300% bonus while i was wining the trades they froze my account and removed the bonus and than they told me that i have violated the drawdown rule .. i have screenshots and everything .
Its scam they just want to take your money and they don t care how small it is.

Hello. I deposited $490. You traded and made $10 in two trades. They took me over 6 hours. I requested a withdrawal of $500. They canceled the withdrawal and told me that I had done fraudulent activity and took my $10. I asked to withdraw 490 again. They canceled it and did not mention the reason. I asked again to withdraw $400 still pending beware beware beware for depositing 1 dollar in this company. I swear to you that you will never get your money back. I registered for my account with ID in 2019 but apparently selected the wrong country at the time. I never deposited until March 2023 **after verification*** in the amount of $500USD. When attempting to withdrawal I am repeatedly denied and now told my money is frozen forever because US not allowed and anti-fraud anti-money laundering. I am not doing anything illegal I just want them to reverse the deposit. I had no idea US was not allowed and furthermore my deposit should not have been accepted if this was the case. It feels like a honeypot and I’m likely never to see that money again. I was told to wait for the financial department to contact me but It’s now July and I’m still getting the run around on who to talk to. There is no set protocol and the back and forth messages with no resolution are simply bad business. Just stealing money from us stupid Americans! I highly DO NOT recommend anyone from any country to do business with this shady company. Before my deposit I had to verify so that’s completely ridiculous that it’s my fault that you won’t refund my money!

In my 5 years of trading I have never seen a broker that does not want to pay. Super Forex is the first broker I ever traded with in 5 years that does not want to pay. My account number at Supper Forex is 320189.

Super Forex claims I am using an abusive trading strategies, can Super Forex Explain how does using PIVOT POINTS as a strategy abusive since I have been using this for the past 5 years. I placed 2 trades and doubled my account and the time I withdrew they declined my withdrawal saying I am manipulating their platform. They clam I traded Fundamentals which is forbidden. How is fundamentals forbidden because fundamental move the market every day from low impact, midum impact to hight. My first trade swapped (over night trade) how is the manipulation from end? The other trade went trough a GBP news event how is that manipulation?

Now apparently I can't withdraw my initials investment and they took all my profits.

This broker is not regulated with any regulitary bodies hence they do as they please to their clients. They generate money from not paying withdrawals and IBs who bring newbies that don't know how to trade.

There is a reason why Trustpilot wrote "We've detected a number of fake reviews for this company and we've removed them". Clearly it seems this company is buying fake reviews to scam unsuspecting people. This should be a clear warning if you dare to fund this broker. If you do and they don't pay you too, it means you deserve it cause I just warned you.

I funded and made my first trade, their trading conditions are horrible and the dashboards is not user friendly. I made my withdrawal and they rejected it saying I am not using the same wallet I funded with. Which is false because I normally fund using crypto with other brokers and withdraw the same way and get my funds back from other brokers. When I asked support on the live chat they asked me why did I only trade once and want to withdraw.

I mean first of all it's my money and if I want to withdraw it at any time I should.

Also the support on live chat will ignore you.

Super Forex please give me a good answer here so people can also see how deceitful you are.
