My account was totally in profit and this morning they decided to close my trades in loss when it hasnt even dropped that far! Causing my account to blow! And now wont reply to my emails thankyou for scamming me. I will take you to court if i dont get my money. I have all evidence too!

Yet to get any response from this problem and I'm if whether they more than one account by this number.
My account is 3020027. They say min deposit is 1usd, so I deposited. Then traded upto 6.02 usd in profits. When I requested for withdrawal, they said deposited amount wasn't taken into the account. In fact, the support said he/she will slash the account back to zero just to make the point clear. Astonishingly, the account read negative (-1.20) immediately even though no withdrawal had taken place. Then the support just ended the chat and disabled any further communication. Can someone please help to withdraw my profit of even half of it? (they say min withdrawal is 3usd). I have screenshots if needed.

I traded on the platform between Jenuary 15, 2024 through Jenuary 19, 2024, with Daily Trading Notification showing the Closed Trade P/L, using MT4 and was able to build his equity from 6000NGN to 163000NGN but at the point of withdrawal, SuperForex cancelled the entire closed profit trades, citing a clause in the system's performance.all my profit pull out by this broker leaving me with just NGN 5000+ I want to withdraw that balance

Beware of SuperForex. It is a complete scam. My brother's account number is 3266242. He traded on the platform between December 11, 2023 through December 15, 2023, with Daily Trading Notification showing the Closed Trade P/L, using MT4 and was able to build his equity from 40,000NGN to 108,000NGN but at the point of withdrawal, SuperForex cancelled the entire closed profit trades, while upholding the loss trades, citing a clause in the system's performance. Even, his balance was blocked from being withdrawn. All they are interested is to steal the clients'/traders fund.

I deposited $1400 and opened a deal on gold, selling a lot of 0.14 from 2038.90, and they closed the deal for me at 2048.50 under the pretext that there was not enough balance in the account and that my account had lost the deposit, even though the loss was supposed to be $140, but they closed the deal and the $1400 was deleted. I have submitted more than one complaint to their dealer department, but they want to take the money in any way. My advice is to stay away from them completely, as this is a group of thieves who want to take your money in any way.

I made an internal transfer on super forex took longer than usual,so I contacted customer care they said after 6 hours next my balance just disappeared !,it's been 5 days now customer service doesn't even reply anymore I sent emails to the support e-mail I was given the haven't doneanything. Now my balance is still 0 even as you read this .am so disappointed my account details 1199951 and 1446913. Don't dare!!!!!

This African broker gives you 750% bonus to get you in but the problem starts when you want your money back. I made a withdraw on the 27th November 2023 and it is still "pending". They asked for more documents which has been given but still on "pending". I f you care about you money DO NOT register with this broker. There are plenty of others who has a fast withdraw system. I can honestly say that SuperForex is a scam broker!

I was attracted by the amazing bonus offers of 750% and entered into a partnership with Superforex through their IB.

I deposited 250€ into my account to start trading. Just days later, something personal happened and I had to withdraw the money. I have provided all the necessary documents such as passport, utility bill, credit card verification, and bank statement, so my account is 100% verified, which is also shown on the client portal.

But I am unable to withdraw the money and I contacted support. I received no response and emailed them again. Still no response. I contacted my manager and he referred me to the "dealer" and asked me to attach the rental receipt, which I informed him I had already done.

I emailed all the documents again to the dealer but received no response. I emailed again and finally received an email stating that they have blocked my withdrawal because the system showed suspicion of money laundering?

So, I made a single deposit of 250€ and I am suspected of "money laundering"?

The dealer asks me to submit a bank statement, which I had already done. I was in contact with my bank and on the bank's website where I logged in with my ID, the document was available, which I took a screenshot of, including the bank's address online to confirm that the bank provided me with the document.

I receive another email from the dealer stating that the document is not valid because it was black and white and not in color.

Despite the document having a stamp and contact information for my bank representative in case Superforex needed to contact the bank.

The bank had scanned the document, but Superforex wants the original document in color.

I made the mistake of thinking that Superforex was a reputable broker, but I was wrong.

I had prepared a major campaign through my trading company to promote Superforex's huge bonus program, but I will now cancel the partnership instead.

If I haven't received the money in my account before New Year's Eve, I will utilize two platforms with 100K members and provide a highly critical review of SuperForex.

I don't know if they have their headquarters in Nigeria, but whatever you do, stay away. There are so many other brokers that have payouts within 1-2 days.

In my honest opinion SuperForex is a good broker and they are true to their word as I've just won the 3rd spot in the gold rush demo contest and will be trading a real account once again with the broker. Hard work, patience and perseverance pays off.
