Digitizing a 25 year old VHS
Supaphoto were able to digitize a VHS tape which had been sitting in my attic for over 25 years, and I'm really pleased with the final result.
The company are clearly experienced in handling old media formats and the staff team all seem really knowledgeable.
Staff were always available either by email or phone and were extremely professional throughout. I really appreciated being able to chat with staff about what my options were before making a final decision as to whether to proceed. They provided a clear breakdown of the cost of their service.
I would definitely use them again.

Supaphoto have once again provided an excellent service in transferring our precious family memories for us. We have previously had videos put onto memory sticks, which saved them from degenerating. This time, we found DVDS of my daughters old dance shows and this was so lovely to be able to view again, now she's an adult! Thanks to Supaphoto for a great service.

Having used Supaphoto last year and received very good service I had no hesitation in going back with some more Super 8 home movies to be added to a usb for viewing at a family get together. Being based in Brighton like myself it was simple and quick. The results are excellent as well. Recommended.

Technically excellent, prompt and personal service
I needed to save a personally valuable plastic message disc made in America in 1947. Supaphoto cleaned it up and created an audio file stored on a memory stick allowing us to play it on a laptop.
I had excellent personal service that included a phone call to discuss the degree of voice enhancement and hiss removal I needed to balance clarity with the original sound.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company in dealing with valuable personal recordings either photographic or audio

Amazing service! Don’t hesitate to use
We have just used supaphoto and it’s been a great quick and simple experience! Our films and video tapes were collected promptly and the team got back to us straight away when they received. We got a broken down price of what everything would cost and explained the stages of the process for us. Great price for what we sent away and very prompt on doing the job and sending stuff back.
