1 star for underhand tactics imho. Had them for a few years at our chalet. When came to leave, gave 30 days notice , out of contract etc. They tried to sting us for 64 pound " billing admin ". Unfortunately for them i control the dd. Cancelled with bank. Never pay penalty / exit fees however they dress it up.

AVOID this horrible company, internet never reaches close to the advertised speed, frequently crashes out. Their customer service is terrible, can't understand what they are saying. Very uncooperative on the phone. Even after my contract was expired they try to get an exit fee from me.
Please do not use
When you ring you have this “due to covid 19 and the govt social distance measures -call times 45 mins to 1 hour”
You receive an email "we did contact you on various occasions and on one has responded please call us on this number"
According to your phone log you have 1 missed call and 1 voice message left on that one call. You have no other missed calls, no other voice messages. Multiple times is not once. However, you immediately call back you have to listen to a message about covid 19 for an hour – you cannot mute the awful message – it is impossible.
It points you to live chat with response time within minutes – I waited 25 minutes no response
Their communication is awful. Their demand for all routers within the last 20 years to be returned after death is strange, please ensure you keep all certificates of posting. It is not sufficient to have returned them and to have only the most recent certificate of posting.

I’ve got suck a Worst and shit experience of my life with this company as been paying one year with no internet and been charge for end of contract after a year.. no empathy for the customer wish I can give -5star

I’ve never been entirely satisfied with their customer service since moving to them 6 years ago. I moved house, still in the same village, few teething problems at first (or so I thought)annoyingly was told I couldn’t keep my same land line number, router problems, intermittent speed etc.
Last year July 2024 a storm blew my router, a call to me over the phone to resolve let to an Open Reach engineer being arranged. 7 months later, I was billed for the call out as “apparently” the fault was inside the property so was my responsibility!
After many discussions, I reluctantly paid as I did not want the stress or debt on my conscience! This was in March 2025
I then had another phone call claiming I’d returned a car headlight instead of a faulty router!! You can imagine my annoyance and anger!! Eventually, I did get a call back to simply say “sorry, labels got mixed in the packing area”!!!
The customer service is awful, no compassion at all, I am elderly and cannot easily manage to do the tests they require, yet no offer to send out anyone to help!
Since then I’ve had no further contact but the internet speed is poor, often dropping out and I feel I do not want to make a call for fear it’ll cost me money again!
I’m out of contract so I am looking to move asap

We have stayed with Supanet as we are very happy with the service they give.
I have recently renewed our contract with them.
Affan from customer service was particularly helpful and helped make the whole process very easy.

Ordered my phone line move with Supanet and clearly stated I only wanted to move to Supanet if they moved my line and didn’t give me a new one. After them not able to do this they charged me for 2 years line costs even though my service wasn’t moved. Avoid this company at all costs.
I've just signed up with supanet
I've just signed up with supanet, I queried my first bill with them and also had a problem with the router, I therefore cancelled the direct debit, I eventually sorted the billing which was still incorrect, and the router was locking up.
I asked them to reinstate the direct debit, on the 3rd April 2025 but the next thing I had was a message from quick collect a debt recover company.
Which I can't believe, at present I'm not in the country.
It is so hard to speak to anyone. We have been withSupanet sice 1999 byt it has ge and Cat is equally bad. We have used Suanet since 1999 but post Pandemic it has gown downhill!!
Trued for over an hour waiting to speak to someone!! Chat equally useless . So dissapointing!!
They’ve hounded my father for payment…
They’ve hounded my father for payment of services he’s not received since his stroke. They’ve called in bailiffs and a £129 is now £199 a week later. They have no shame and do not deserve your custom.

I wish I could give 0 because that's what this company deserves. I have been with Supanet for 4 years, I have always had issues with faulty routers. In total I think I've had 3 new routers over the for years and multiple issues. The last rounter I received from them was not working AGAIN, so I called the customer service department. I was told I have two options to either try and fix the issue with a member of staff over the phone, which I tried but didn't work or to have one of their contractors come out to see if they could fix the issue. A contractor came and replaced my router then 4 months later I received an email demanding that I pay over £300 because apparently my phone cable where the router was connected to was dame which caused erosion to the router. I ask for proof but am yet to receive any. I told them that I was going to get a private contractor out to investigate the so called damp but was told that the contractor they sent out removed the damp therefore I would find any proof. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Contact them most nights about internet connection not working. Complaints manager is as useful as a chocolate teapot. Took them to the obudsman they’re that useless.
Faulty router
Faulty router - they won't replace. Avoid like the plague, worst customer support ever received.
Rip off
Having not renewed my contract with supnet which finished middle of January. I received an email saying i owe them £69 . Looking into this they claimed i have not returned a router which i have, and got proof. After going back and forth it turns out it was for a replacement faulty router 18 months ago!!! Which i did return but have not proof now. Just a cash grab as i am leaving. Looking into the t&c if you don't return a equipment in 14 days you are liable for the cost. Why didn't they inform 18 months ago so i could show them proof which i had then!! Unbelievable clear robbery. Stay away at all cost

Terrible company, customer service is non existent. Routers are cheap ugly rubbish, and speeds are slow, with no coverage. I can only get internet in the front of my house, despite moving the router. Was conned into signing up to them they pretended to be SKY. They are Scammers..beware.

Sold an apparent debt for a router that was never returned BUT it WAS to Quick Collect who are the rudest, obnoxious bullies I have ever spoken to on a phone! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! Today the £69 HAS been paid for the APPARENT router that "wasn't" returned!! Biggest bunch of liars!! All you have to do is a Google search and you'll get all if your answers about this company..
Awful company
Awful company. Have charged us a fortune over the years. Cancelled our contract last year and paid the remaining fees quoted by Supanet in an e-mail they sent to me confirming the end of the contract. A few days ago, I received a letter from a recovery company claiming I owed extra money. Supanet never sent anything to me, apparently I was to log into my (former) account to find out if I was due anything. Absolutely awful company.
