Great experience ordering to EU. I ordered a Red Light Therapy panel from Sun Stream Saunas after a very thorough reasearch and choosing between many companies - I could not be more happier with my choice!

The product is just as I expected - high quality, came with very good instructions manual and very well packed for transportation.

I also want to point out the incredible way they take care of their customers - they shipped my order very fast and when it arrived to my country there was a little delay in toll which had nothing to do with them but they contacted me to make sure I receive my order in time and everything is okay. They also made sure to let me know I will need an adapter (since the product has UK plug and I live in a small EU country) and even sent pictures of what to get and offered their help if needed.

I really recommend choosing this company if you want to get a high quality product and great experience from a very supportive team.

The sauna is very well made, easy to assemble and the wood smells great. Customer service is also very good and they keep you informed all the way through from order to deliver. If you're looking for a quality sauna with low EMF definitely consider Sun Stream.

Loving my Sun Stream sauna! I use it regularly and am very happy with it. I find it takes a little longer than the 15 minutes stated to warm up but I like it hot! It's great to get in and relax my sore muscles after a workout, Thoroughly recommend sun stream.

The best health investment I’ve made. I am using my one person sauna almost everyday and sometimes twice a day since I first got it 3 years ago. I love it.

The sauna was delivered on time well packaged. My wife and I put it together with a little bit of difficulty. Some of that was because of our age and strength, but also the instructions could have been a bit clearer. Once constructed, it is a beautiful bit of kit, that is economical to run. We have it in a log cabin in the garden and it works fine, even on the coldest days, it just takes a little longer to warm up. My arthritis has benefitted from regular use around 3 times a week.

I bought this mini sauna several years ago and it’s been a joy to use. It heats up in 15m and you get a great sweat. I use it almost every day and it’s still in great condition. Just be sure to use several towels as you will sweat a lot.

This is a proper decent sauna. Have had mine for just over 3 years now... use it on average five times a week and its never let me down.

I like it as hot as it can get and it does take about 45 minutes to get to its top heat... on a good day i can manage 15 to 20 minutes in one sitting.. 25 pretty much max with a five minute break before i'm truly baked. Obviously you dont have to have it that hot but i like to sweat and have a very busy schedule.

Defo feel the benefits... less achey, better sleep

So their not cheap but i did a lot of research on the market... the panel affixed to the door, in the footwell and on the back of the legs defo gets you all round for max heat penetration. Also, their life time guarantee is a winner in my books.

If your gonna use it at least 3 times a week then its defo a worthy investement

In addition, the bluetooth speakers make passing the time easy. I actually brought a car holder for my iphone which i stick on the glass door then just pass the time watching videos and podcasts.

Only thing i would like to see, which they may now have is on/off timer that you can set so it comes on automatically. That way if i'm out on a ride or run or wanna jump in early morning it could reach the temp i want without having to switch it on manually and wait for it to warm up.

Buying the Evolve 30 from Sunstream was the best decision I could have possibly made.

I wanted to have a Sauna at home for the health benefits. First I looked into traditionnal Saunas but after a few weeks of reasearch I saw that it would not be easy to install considering that I had to do specific work on my electric installation and I am not electrician so this would come as added price on top.

hen I started to consider infrared Saunas for the ease of installation. However there's so many on the market, ranging in cost from 2000€ to 10000€, it was difficult to figure out which was best. Then I made a criteria list : 1. Low EMF / Low RF (I don't want to be in my Sauna like in a microwave)
2. Natural wood essence
3. No toxic chemical solvants used
The Sunstream Sauna range offered it all and more, for example you have the capacity to remove the Bluetooth chip in the Sauna and make sure there's absolutely no RF generated by the Sauna. They offered wood benches that allow to lie down confortably in the Sauna.

I mean the only thing other brands advertise are "relax in our Sauna, up to X temperature blablabla". Sunstream address and advertise what actually is important to look into when buying such IR Sauna.

The cherry on top : lifetime warranty, I haven't used the warranty yet but it's good to know if anything goes wrong with the Sauna, the brand is going to take care of it as long as it exist.

L’achat du Evolve 30 de Sunstream était la meilleure décision que j’aurais pu prendre.

Je voulais avoir un sauna à la maison pour ses bienfaits sur la santé. J’ai d’abord pensé aux Saunas traditionnels, mais après quelques semaines de recherche, j’ai vu qu’il ne serait pas facile à installer étant donné que je devais faire des travaux spécifiques sur mon installation électrique et que je ne suis pas électricien, ce serait donc un prix supplémentaire.

J’ai commencé à considérer les saunas infrarouges pour la facilité d’installation. Cependant, il y en a tellement sur le marché, allant de 2000 € à 10000 €, il était difficile de déterminer lequel était le meilleur. Puis j’ai fait une liste de critères : 1. Faible CEM / Faible RF (je ne veux pas être dans mon sauna comme dans un micro-ondes)
2. Essence de bois naturel
3. Aucun solvant chimique toxique utilisé
La gamme Sunstream Sauna offre tout cela et plus encore, par exemple, vous avez la capacité de retirer la puce Bluetooth dans le sauna et de vous assurer qu’il n’y a absolument aucun RF généré par le sauna. Ils ont offert des bancs en bois qui permettent de s’allonger confortablement dans le sauna.

La seule chose que les autres marques utilisent pour promouvoir leur Sauna est "venez vous détendre dans notre sauna, jusqu’à X température blablabla". Sunstream adresse et annonce ce qui est réellement important à examiner lors de l’achat d’un tel sauna IR.

Cerise sur le gâteau : garantie à vie, je n’ai pas encore utilisé la garantie mais il est bon de savoir que si quelque chose ne va pas avec le Sauna, la marque va s’en occuper tant qu’elle existera.

After doing some research on IR saunas I ended up choosing a SunStream Evolve 20. It was much better value than some of its competitors. The sales guys were very helpful with any questions I had and didn't push me into making a purchase. I wasn't sure whether to go for the mini the 10 or the 20, but I'm glad I went for the 20. I still use it as a one person sauna but its nice to have extra space if your budget allows for it and your room can accommodate it. Assembly was fairly straight forward but it is a two man job. I am using the sauna pretty much every day and the benefits to me are general relaxation and increased recovery from workouts. Once I turn on the power it is already pretty hot within 15 minutes and then I go in the sauna. I am sweating profusely after 10 minutes, usually I only stay in 15 minutes but can last 20 minutes at a push. thats enough for me. One tip: if you sweat a lot like me, bring in 3 towels each time. One for the bench. A small one for the floor. A third to wipe the sweat off your body whilst you are in there. Then you don't have to worry about cleaning. I just leave the door open after to air it out.

Very happy with my purchase and I would recommend to anyone considering buying one. If you want to add some red light therapy as an accessory outside of the sauna, you can, but dont fall for any of the full spectrum gimmick other companies try and sell you for a lot more cost.

I bought an evolve mini from sun stream . I am delighted with the product. I’ve searched for a low emf sauna that was affordable and the evolve mini is just that . I finally bought the Evolve 20 after months and months of research. I am so delighted with it. Sun Stream customer service was brilliant and the sauna itself is amazing. My only regret is not buying it sooner! It arrived well packaged and was easy enough to put together with the detailed instructions. It is excellent quality, very well built.
