I ordered the glasses and paid over 30 dollars for delivery, but they were not delivered (it seems tehre were not even shipped). The shipping company has not even received them according to the tracking number.. Customer service told me to wait some time, but it has already been four weeks (I believe this is enough time for the order to be shipped). Three weeks after ordering, I asked Sunski to resend the glasses or to refund, but customer service hasn't replied at all. If I hadn't had sunglasses from Sunski before, I would have thought it was fraud. Never again.

I have been a supporter of sunski since their original dipseas. I even provided beta testing feedback on new products (to be given nothing but a meager discount code) and I was sad to see how far their customer service and brand identity has fallen. I was excited to see a health care provider discount, but they heavily limit the models we can buy and aren’t upfront at all about what the discount even is. I have sent multiple emails asking about a model I wanted, to be met with silence. shame to see another greedy company losing their way

I own three pairs of Sunski sunglasses. When an arm of my favorite pair broke, I was unable to have Sunski replace them. After sending documentation, photos, etc. Sunski stated the sunglasses were a replacement pair, and they were not. I have spent way too much time trying to resolve this. Bye-bye Sunski.

I'm really enjoying my Sunski Treelines. The craftsmanship and design are really impressive for the price point, and I frequently get compliments on them -- even from strangers. While I haven't had to use it, the company's lifetime warranty gives me a ton of confidence taking these on my many adventures.

Great quality shades delivered super fast. Couldn't decide on a pair so I emailed their style line and Jesse got me set up with the perfect pair. Been rocking them for months now with tons of compliments.

The right temple went out of the hinge after a week of usage. It looks like the temple is unglued. Makes me think these glasses are very cheap and not designed to last long.

I contacted the support and they give me a warranty code I can use on their website... the issue is that if I want a replacement pair I now have to pay $25 for the shipping... that's outrageous.
