fraud?
I ordered the glasses and paid over 30 dollars for delivery, but they were not delivered (it seems tehre were not even shipped). The shipping company has not even received them according to the tracking number.. Customer service told me to wait some time, but it has already been four weeks (I believe this is enough time for the order to be shipped). Three weeks after ordering, I asked Sunski to resend the glasses or to refund, but customer service hasn't replied at all. If I hadn't had sunglasses from Sunski before, I would have thought it was fraud. Never again.
