I wanted a pool last year, none available, Sunshine Pools stated that their pools would be in by the end of April 21, I ordered the pool I wanted, it didn't arrive at the beginning of May as stated, Sunshine Pools contacted me to say there had been a shipping hold up and it would take until end of May to sort the backlog out through customs, i was not unhappy with their communications, the pool arrived early June, the pool has been the best thing that I have purchased for my grandchildren, they are in it everyday after school, my husband and I use it for exercise. Thank you Sunshine Pools, we are very happy and you did exactly what you told me you would do and I am very grateful to you.

Ordered a pool, stated on website that delivery is next day.
This pool was available on another site for a cheaper price however they stated that they could not deliver until 17th June.
I was happy to pay the extra as I wanted the pool.
Contacted them to ask about delivery as I haven’t received the pool, was advised it would be received by Friday. I would receive an email to confirm that it was out for delivery.
Have called again today (Friday) to be informed that I will not be receiving it today and may receive it Monday.
Pointed out that the website gave incorrect information regarding delivery to be informed that they are now updating the website to make it clear that delivery will not be next day.
Terrible service

Ordered pool in April 2021. A pre-order was made - not available until 7th June.
7th June came - no communication from company but after a couple of emails, it was confirmed pool had arrived and was on the way.
Pool arrived today, 9th June. Arrived exactly as expected. Very pleased.

Edit / Update: The pool arrived on the 11th June and is fantastic, it was packaged brilliantly and we have really enjoyed it this weekend. To that end we have given 4 stars for this company. Our reason for not giving 5 stars is simply because of the confusion with being told it would be delivered on certain days, it not being delivered, and then getting no updates unless we nagged them! If we could suggest improvements it would be that the company should just state that the item would be delivered in the week of x-y and tracking information would be sent when it had dispatched, rather than promising days over email and not meeting them. I have no doubt in "normal times" the delivery info would have been smoother
We would use this company again for the quality of the products.

Similar to another customer, we ordered a pool a couple of weeks ago (Bestway 12ft 48) and were told when we emailed it would be with us on Mon the 7th June. Nothing. Phone number does not put you through to anyone, so we emailed and were told it would be with us on the Tuesday (8th). NOTHING. Still no tracking info.
To be honest we weren't expecting it until the end of the week but to have it confirmed (twice) by a member of staff that it WOULD be with us, that it had actually been dispatched (when it hadn't) and then it not turn up is extremely frustrating - I took a day off work so I could sign for it and then it didn't turn up!! If they had just said they had stock and would try to get it delivered this week then it wouldn't be a problem!
Still waiting on tracking info......fingers crossed!

Edit: it's a really busy time for pools. My order did arrive eventually. Later than expected, but on the revised day. All is well.
I ordered a pool on 23rd April, 12foot round, 48inch deep with filters, cover etc. I called the sales office and was told that it would be in stock on the 24th May, and would be dispatched shortly after.
24th May came and went, no pool. I checked the website, back in stock on the 7th June.
Today is the 8th June, I checked the website, the pool I ordered is no longer listed.
The phone number listed on their website is straight to answer phone and says "don't leave a message as it wont be listened to". The email that I sent on Friday 4th June has not been acknowledged or replied to, another email sent today, 8th June.
It remains to be seen if this (according to previous reviews) "great" company with "excellent" customer service is now just scamming people.
EDIT email now received saying being dispatched soon. I'll keep you posted and amend the review if/when I get a good outcome.

I was searching for weeks and every pool everywhere was out if stock. This one came in and it was perfect. Ordered and I was rather surprised when it arrived only a few days later. All nicely packed and delivered. Delivery driver was rather helpful and it was so heavy. Very easy to assemble thankfully as the instructions are not up to much ( watched a youtube video prior which helped alot ) but I still failed to put the down legs inside the belt! seems to be fine though. Now just waiting got the summer!

Spoke to customer service at Sunshine Pools a couple of times before purchasing our pool as I wanted to clarify a few things and ensure the pool was in stock, the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful & friendly. I went ahead and placed my order received the pool within a few days, we have put it up and are in the process of ensuring everything is level before we fill it with water, really pleased with the service, the pool and the quick delivery. I would highly recommend this company. All we need now is some sunshine ☀️

I had an extremely poor experience with this company (review below). I posted a negative review on April 28th 2021 and the Managing Director contacted me privately by email asking me, amongst other things, to reconsider my online post. I responded, stating that I remained very angry about my experience with sunshinepools (linked to MadFun Limited) and that I felt that the way that I had been treated was unacceptable. The MD then replied to my response and, amongst other things, asked me again to possibly reconsider my Trustpilot review. I didn’t respond to his later email, believing that my Trustpilot review accurately and truthfully reflected my experience with sunshinepools.
I then discovered that Trustpilot had removed my review because “sunshinepools.co.uk has flagged your review because they don't believe you've had a genuine experience with them”.
Given that I placed an order which had to be refunded because sunshinepools gave me incorrect information about the delivery of my item and then I had email correspondence with the MD, I fail to see how sunshinepools can reasonably have considered that I was not a genuine reviewer. I feel that the querying of the genuineness of my review was an attempt to silence me and remove my negative review of the customer service provided by sunshinepools.
I have today sent 4 emails to Trustpilot (Order confirmation, Update to Order, Refund notification and the email chain in which the MD was emailing me) which evidence my experience with sunshine pools. I expect my review to be reinstated.
My original review is immediately below and you might want to compare it to the review of sandrapaiva78 posted on 6th May which I think describes a very similar experience to the one that I had to suffer.

"Awful customer service
Awful customer service. The people on the phone are perfectly pleasant but the service provided was appalling - I was extremely disappointed, frustrated and angry with this company. I chased the order 3 times. On the first occasion that I chased I was told that the item would be despatched to me that day or the next working day. On the second occasion that I chased (when the latest despatch date had passed without the item having been despatched) I was told that a colleague had to be consulted and that I would get a call back that day. On the third occasion that I chased (the day after I should have had a call back - which hadn't happened) I was told that there was insufficient stock and that my Order would be despatched in 3 months' time!! To add insult to injury I was then informed that an item would have been a suitable replacement had sold out overnight. Had I received my call back when promised, I could have ordered the replacement item but, by the time I chased on the third occasion, it was too late. I have asked for a refund and have sourced the item elsewhere. What a waste of my time. I did all the chasing and this company was completely passive and then it failed to return my call when that would have made all the difference. I suggest that you do not buy from this company - save yourself a lot of grief and broken promises."

Had to wait a little longer than usual for delivery but that is expected in the current climate. I was kept up to date via e-mail and received very prompt reply to my enquiries.
