It was a nice buying experience. The ambience the testing of the various scents and the staff were all very friendly. The cardiff branch is one of definitely re visit!!

Very catering!
Lovely women inside really helpful and catering to what you’re after. Amazing company in general with such a wide variety of smells to choose from. Been to a couple different Sunnamusks around the country but the service in this one stood out to me most.

Lovely experience
I visited the cardiff store on 07.08.2025. I went in as I wanted to smell one of the perfumes I had seen on thr website (after being an avid amber rose fan for a while). The girl working in the shop was kind and exceptionally knowledgeable. I ended up leaving with Night Illusion and Afghan Oud, and I'm obsessed!
Fantastic shop. Fabulous staff. Ill make an effort to go in store again and not just order online ☺️

Great staff
Was walking past the shop met by two greats staff who gave me a sample how could I refuse so friendly and I asked for specific parfum and they had it and I had to purchase was so friendly and nice in the Cardiff branch will defo come back again.
