Went into the Cardiff store as I've only seen them online previous so wanted to find out what they were like. Ended up coming out buying night illusions perfume. And am looking to getting the oil version soon. The service we received was amazing, staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Went in looking for something to wear to a wedding, came out with a skirt. The staff were so helpfull in aiding me finding the right type of skirt, as i had an idea of what i wanted but was unsure. Purchased a skirt, it was lovely to have staff that were so happy and friendly when in store, made me feel comfortable to be in there.

Rather disappointed, the eye test was amazing and thorough. However when i went to collect my glasses, my tint wasnt added to my one pair, and the wrong prescription had been put in the one lens of my sunglasses.
