Great experience with friendly staff
Welcomed as soon as we went into the store. Assistant didn’t rush us and let us try lots of samples. She was so friendly and helpful. Great experience and I love my new perfume Midnight. I spun the tombola wheel and was lucky to win a 50 ml perfume.

The most embarrassing f day ever.
I paid for my purchase all went through pending in my bank account/ your recipet said paid and I get a call 5 mins later from your branch manager at Cabot saying it didn’t go through.
Informed her I’d come back as was drinking a coffee in soup two doors down.
10 mins later Cabot security are literllay trying to drag me back to the store / demanding my purchase back and making a huge deal in front of a load of Xmas shoppers.
Furious
Went back to the shop and another security guard comes in and films me chatting with the manager taking a further payment.
Absolutely shocking and discussing be favour and not good.
Never eve buy anything from your business again.
