brighton store. lady staff very friendly but i always have to ask what specials are on as they dont willingly advertise them in shop. can be very annoying.

A friendly salesman in the Brighton shop suggested some fragrances I really liked following a chat about what I liked, I returned to the store when they ran out & another friendly salesman suggested some other options but I preferred what I was used to. I bought a larger bottle to last longer, got a free candle & have also previously bought some variety sample packs that were great

The customer service was amazing
The customer service was amazing. They were so patient with me whilst I tried everyyy scent to find the one I really liked. But what really made them stand out to me was when I had to come back a few days later after my purchase because my whole bottle spilled out, and they immediately gave me a new one. They are the best!

Exceptional service from all staff and by far most amazing smelling fragrance’s I’ve ever smelt, I’ve tried so many around the world and have purchased lot of moneys worth of oils and purfumes in my life time but this is the best every where I go I get stopped and asked what I’m wearing and am glad to share to give others the same feeling as my self to smell and feel this beautiful wearing the oils and purfumes. Thank you for making this happen! Truly happiness in a bottle!

Literally the worst smell in the world
The first thing is, I find it so offensive as I walk through the doors of Churchill Square. All I can smell is that repulsive smell it smells like sweet vomit. This place should have doors!
I wish they’d remove it from Churchill Square. YUCK

During a shopping trip
During a shopping trip, I was introduced to a selection of new fragrances. After receiving scented cards, I continued browsing, but one scent stood out: Golden Dust. Its refined and elegant character caught my attention, compelling me to return immediately and try it on my skin.
After testing several options, the choice was clear. The fragrance has excellent longevity and a timeless sophistication. The staff were incredibly courteous and professional, also informing me about an exclusive promotion and the loyalty programme.
I purchased two bottles and will undoubtedly repurchase it. A distinctive, sophisticated fragrance—highly recommended.
