We offer an extensive range of outdoor gear including skis, snowboards, climbing gear, camping gear and hiking gear, camping equipment as well as a wide range of outdoor and lifestyle clothing. In-store, enthusiastic staff are pleased to offer expert boot fitting and essential advice from first hand experience. Online we offer convenience, prompt delivery and excellent after-sales service. We also specialise in specific customer orders and thus will do our best to source hard to get items. The staff all love the outdoors and outdoor gear and regularly use the products we sell.

Initial mistake quickly rectified
Initial mistake quickly rectified. I ordered a tent that was out-of-stock. When this mistake was notified, they quickly resolved it for me with a very friendly person on the phone, who also offered a discount on an alternative. Nice to talk to a human who apologises and makes amends.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff
Staff were very knowledgeable on products and offered good advice based on my requirements with no pressure to buy there and then. I left to give it further consideration and later made a purchase online and collected from store which was convenient and easy.
