I purchased some footwear online. Unfortunately the footwear were unsuitable and I returned them. Sadly there were no alternative footwear suitable and I asked for a refund. The refund was processed the same day they received the footwear back. Thank you for a hassle free service.

An easy buying experience: Website is easy to navigate, prices are VERY keen. Delivery was quick too (next day to Scottish Islands). Have bought a couple of items from Summits Outdoor now, happy to keep going back.

I’ve just purchased a pair of Rossignol Skis from Summit. Absolutely brilliant service from a very attentive and friendly company.
I ordered and paid for the skis on their website. I followed up with a phone call to check how long the order would take to process. Anna was brilliant. She told me they would be prepared and despatch in 2 days, spot on. She followed up with an email to ask if I wanted their technician to set up my bindings, I gave her the settings (perfectly set up when they arrived). Anna sent me an email the next day to confirm despatch. I live in Northern Ireland so the DPD delivery took 2 days as expected. Skis arrived perfectly and securely packaged. So refreshing to deal with a small local company with fantastic service. Thank you to Anna and the team at Sunmit. If you need new skis I’d thoroughly recommend them. Robert Blair (Northern Ireland)

Fantastic fast purchase and delivery of Patagonia fleece. I has never heard of this company before but will definitely use them again.

Order came quickly and as described, came with better packaging than it does from the actual RAB website, highly recommend this company.

Not 24 hour delivery as advertised. Ordered on Friday morning expecting a Monday delivery as needed items for a holiday on Wednesday. Not arrived Monday, get a message on Tuesday to say will be Wednesday delivery which will be too late. Really frustrating.

We bought an Outwell tent from Summits outdoors . To be honest we were a little disappointed as the tent had some manufacturing faults . However the service from Anna at Summits was outstanding. She liaised with Outwell , kept in touch with us regularly and always kept her promises. This is a company with integrity and reliability so I can recommend them to everyone.

I recently ordered a Patagonia Ultralight Black Hole Mini Hip Pack 1L. They were fast in returning emails and managed to get the item delivered on time for a recent trip to Scotland. Highly recommend using them.

I was looking for a 1-person backpacking tent at short notice, and didn’t like most of the latest models in my price range at major retailers. Summits was one of the only stores in the UK to still have a last-season tent which I really liked. Great price and free delivery which was fast and on time despite me being nowhere near Glasgow! Couldn’t recommend enough.

I needed to return a Vango Nevis and Anna was so helpful. They really went above and beyond to help me with my return. The other staff were also very helpful in helping me pay and process the return charged by Vango. 5 stars for a prompt, friendly and amazing service.

Best people ever to buy from, customer service excellent, queries dealt with within a day - usually within an hour or two - no issue too big or too small, prices might be a tad on the high side for some things, but you can't buy good service and summits have that in bucketloads.

My purchase was inadvertently left with a neighbour, for which I wasn't given a card from the delivery firm advising as such. The staff at Summits were super helpful and very personable in establishing this for me and ensuring I got my purchase without issue!
