I bought 2 coats but received just 1…
I bought 2 coats but received just 1 suit cover. I would appreciate it if you can ship me 1 more suit cover. This is a standard expectation when purchasing high quality suit and coats.

No tracking number provided, no response via email.
Terrible customer service. Completely unresponsive via email. I had to resort to sending direct messages via Instagram to get anyone to respond. I waited for over a month for a tracking number for a suit that I never received. Was given excuses about the brand having photoshoots and that is why they could not respond via email. Frustrating and time wasting experience.

Customer ordered a Made To Order item with 4 week delivery time. Item ran a few days behind schedule. Customer inquired via Instagram via comments and DM where his item was. Updated that it would be coming shortly (with proof and updated delivery time). Customer advised he did not want to wait any longer and it was promptly refunded within minutes.

Smooth and satisfying.
The experience with SuitReview was smooth and satisfying. I spoke with one of the gents about updating my address, which went well. The jacket was a great fit, came with a garment bag, surgeon cuffs. I was able to steam it and wear it the next day.

Suit review is a scam. I ordered a blazer to Australia and my package was shipped to USA. Emailed the support team 4 times with no response.
Avoid this brand!

My experience lately has been poor
My experience lately has been poor. I’ve been a longtime customer of suitreview, but 4/5 of my last orders have had fulfillment issues. One ended up being out of stock, and 3/4 have been delayed. The pricing is fantastic but the customer service leaves you wanting - the company makes excuses including tariffs and other problems but I order from many European providers without issue, and whenever an issue is raised the company does little to nothing to remedy it other than sending “holding” type emails.

Customer received first suit in slightly over a week to Colombia (outside of our usual shipping area). Second suit was received late due to an issue with the US Postal Service.

Due to an issue with US CUSTOMS the package was held for further review. Its rare this happens but we did our best to get the package released in a timely manner and now the package is moving again and will be delivered shorty.

Bad shipping, bad service
I ordered 2 and a half weeks before I was moving, thinking that I had some buffer time between the 7-10 days they expected for shipping.
When I got notification from FedEx that the shipment was going to come after I was set to vacate my apartment, I tried to change the delivery address to my new apartment, but was told only the seller can can do it. When I emailed Suitreview (twice) to request they make the change, they never responded, so I currently do not have the suit jacket that I purchased.
