Horrible company, stay as far away as you can. What is advertised nothing like what you receive. I ordered a knit sweater and what I received was some printed on, cheap, plasticky excuse for a shirt. It was awful and when I asked for a return & refund, they said no, that the warehouse wouldn't accept it.

I opened the case with PayPal and they got a response from the company, saying sure, return it to China and we will give a refund.

Typical Chinese company with crap products and horrible customer service. Stay as far away as you can, you will not get what you ordered and when you try to resolve the situation, they will not work with you on it.

Do not order from here. Their merchandise is miss marked, I ordered larger because I thought they would run small. They run two sizes too small. They said my reason didn’t support a return, offered to give me $20 and gift the shirts. Now all of my emails come up undeliverable. The material is like plastic too. Buyer be warned.

Ordered a Tshirt, it took forever to arrive and then it didn’t fit, it was more like a medium even though the tag said 3x. I wanted to get replacement or refund and was told the correct size was shipped and to give it to someone as a gift, because the warehouse doesn’t support returns.
Update ; was issued a $2 refund for a shirt I paid $39.98 dont shop this site XCINk Technology Inc.

Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Trying to return a top I bought but keep getting a response that correct item sent. Overpriced at £45 and want to offer me £4 as compensation. Refuse to give me a returns address so I am stuck with a product I don't want. Now ignore my emails. Don't buy from them.

This shirt was advertised as a sweatshirt and looked very nice in the picture. When we received it, it was not a sweatshirt and the pattern is printed on the fabric. I ordered 2 of these and the other was suppose to be apricot, it was gray. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered a men's sweater on line and it said it was on sale for $39.99 which sounded great. Then they added almost $10 shipping which I agreed too. Then when I saw my email, it added an additional $10 for handling or something and I was livid as I did not agree to that. They did remove that charge. I was concerned about them sneaking it in and said I no longer wanted it but they would not allow me to cancel even thought there was the option to do so. On the website, it said "Made in the USA" and mentioned Montana. Well I have been waiting over two weeks and I still have not received the merchandise. Seems it came from Spain and just now arrived in USA customs. I guess I will be waiting another week before it reaches my door step if it ever does at all. This is the second time I ordered something from that said made in the USA and it was a lie. I'm done ordering on line. They will tell you anything!

Wife ordered 3 items. Home Page of web site say's "Made in The USA" in big black letters.
On the 3 items ordered, there was no "Manufactures Tag", no "Made In" tag ..... no tags at all !
Site also gave appearence items was shipped from USA, not the case, they came from Europe.
One item the wife bought for me as a gift. A hat.
The text on the hat could not be read.
The logo on the hat appeared smeared.
The cap itself felt as if it were made of cardboard.
Wanted to return it as "defective" . Company told me I would have to pay shipping and it would be more than the hat itself. They offered me a $4 refund on a $17.99 cap. I explained we wanted a "prepaid shipping label" and I would then return the cap. They would not do it.
Went to PayPal and filed a claim. PayPal wouldn't/couldn't help.
I told the company I would accept the $4 return as "something was better then nothing"..... The company never responded.
Have not gotten the $4 credit, the hat went into the trash ...
Will never deal with this company again.

Order on the 5th of sept have not received, no phone number to call does anyone have a phone number? No tracking number .may these people pay awful there is many on the Internet to scam you.

Geen ervaring met dit bedrijf maar een algemene raad. Mensen trap niet in al die prachtige advertenties op Facebook en andere socials. Je wordt 9 van de 10 keer belazerd met slechte kwaliteit, lang wachten (want het komt grotendeels uit China) en wil je contact of iets terug sturen dan zijn ze niet te vinden of het kost je veel geld en dan nog afwachten of je je centen terug krijgt.

purchased maga shirts for both my husband and I. iI believe they sent all ladies shirts.

Best they could do to resolve was give back $7. Not good enough and will not be purchasing from them again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a few shirts from them on their website. The T-shirt Pictures on website were beautiful, well-made shirts. When I received the shirts, the logo print ink is smeared and the T-shirt material looks and feels cheap. The shirts are not like the pictures. Their pictures of their merchandise is deceitful. I will not Purchase again from them.

So I saw an add for some amazing looking pullovers. Loved the design and styling. Decided to read some reviews before ordering...... Suggest anyone who is curious to read them too. Im not buying. The bad reviews have made me feel very hesitant to deal with this company (whoever they are).

Total cheap garbage that arrived a month late and they refuse return or refund.

I ordered two items two weeks ago. The money has been taken out of my account. I have no invoice or emails from them. I contacted the customer service and they do not respond. Now I will have to contact my bank and see if they can help me with the fraud.

Horrible fabric. So plastic it isn't wearable. Lost my $ thinking it was a U.S. company which they say but no. Tried to return. Offered me $4. Then $8. I spent $34. I'm pissed cause I checked first if they were U S. Based. No.. they are total cheats. WARNING..DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Garbage clothes.

Ordered a week or so ago. Website said made in USA, I believe Kentucky, but just got a shipping update that it is in Austria. Seems sketchy. We'll see if the product ever shows up.
Update: My order finally arrived. The t-shirt was garbage, and I threw it away. The hats seem okay. I would never order from them again.

False advertising! Website stated shirts were in USA Warehouse with 24-hour shipping. I paid extra for expedited shipping so I would have them before vacation. It's been over 3 weeks and have not received my items. The tracking shows it's in Portugal.

Had I known that Suibstantial was behind the order I placed, I would not have purchased tee shirts and hats seen on Facebook. I have had nothing but bad experiences with Suibstantial previously, and now I'm dealing with them again! I placed an order through a bogus company called Republican State, touted as an AMERICAN company, paid with Paypal/American Express. The charge was posted as Joyui Co Ltd. and I was charged an extra $8.00. I have not received my order, only updates that it is shipping from SPAIN, has gone through custom, etc... In other words, the shirts were probably made in China and being shipped on a slow boat! A month later, I am still waiting for my order! NEVER, EVER, will I order something off Facebook.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. Anything. Ordered a hat - took over a month to arrive. Was told it was coming from “closest warehouse” to Poland or Belgium (?). Then shipped from Chicago from a “Wang” - arrived after a month and both articles are pieces of crap. Spray painted hat and hat shows underneath the paint. Shirt - can see through it’s so flimsy. NOT cotton - cheap ass polyester. Total scam. Do not buy anything.
