Suffolk Latch Company Ltd Anmeldelser

Beehive door knobs - look and feel amazing and the quality is superb, cannot recommend enough and their customer service is superb
I have also purchased their hand forged latches to replace ones that were painted over in my cottage, what a difference. Definitely the go to company

Superb quality hardware, beautifully designed, and just right for the job. Delivered promptly, easy to use website, reasonably priced. Will definitely use again.

Sturdy good quality handles, very impressed with the quality, customer service and delivery. Thanks and I would definitely use this company again - Avon Lever Handle

Great speedy response and great quality product.

The knobs are substantial. Really weighty and well made. We ordered the larger beehives for window shutters and the smaller for a cabinet and we’re very pleased with both. My husband said, very professional that two screw lengths are packaged as standard for each knob. The service from the Suffolk Latch company was smooth and efficient. Very pleased with knobs and company. Would recommend. Thank you - Beehive Cabinet Knobs.

Excellent quality, nice solid knobs. Quick despatch and delivery. - Victorian Cabinet Knobs

Excellent product, as described, well packaged, friendly and efficient service.- Art Deco Shelf Bracket

Excellent quality, handles look great in our period property. Great value for money and a first class service.

The website is easy to move around, to find and select the items that you want to order

Great customer service, my queries were quickly answered and the ringed brass knobs I ordered arrived promptly. After seeking advice and viewing the recommended video they were very easy to fit and look great. They are a good weight and are extremely nice to use. My only slight quibble is that one end of the mortice bar was inexplicably slightly rusty but I don't think is problem and I sprayed them and the old mortice lock with WD40 before fitting - Ringed Door Knobs. I have been offered a replacement bar by the company also

Great range of period products and good customer service

Always a pleasure shopping with Suffolk Latch Co. The website is easy to use, delivery is always quick. The quality of the items are brilliant so all round very happy!

This is an excellent company. We purchased some door knobs and door hooks. Excellent quality and good value.

Excellent value, quickly despatched and look great. Also, surprisingly heavy! Very pleased with purchase. Not sure our recycled door does the handles justice. - Avon External Door Handles

Bought some knobs and handles to update kitchen cabinets and am delighted with them, we’ve bought from them before for all our internal door latches and handles so knew the quality was good, would highly recommend them, delivery has always been good too

This beautiful handle has a good weight to it and feels premium to the touch. The satin brass finish looks just gorgeous. They managed to dispatch my order early and the delivery was swift and well packaged.

I cannot praise this company highly enough. I searched for the perfect handles and hinges for our barn conversion and tried out several much more expensive (and dare I say, inferior) products before realising that Suffolk Latch are not only the best quality, but at a sensible price. Delivery is almost instantaneous and when our apprentice joiner managed to lose some of the screws, replacements were sent without question, no fuss and a giggle from Kate. Just brilliant.

A truly customer focussed company - what makes them outstanding is
1. very quick to respond
2. concerned about the issue and want to resolve
3. ask questions to understand the issue
4. put in a solution even before I asked
5. communicates very clearly and promptly
6. staff are customer centric - well done Kate

Would repeat buy and advocate as best in class

Thanks Suffolk Latch
