Amazing service, really fast delivery. I will definitely use the company for all of my handles in the future.

Every experience I have had with Suffolk Latch Company has been quite superb. They are kind and friendly, utterly reliable and have everything I desire in their stock.
I have purchased from them all the products I desire for my home projects, because they are gorgeous. Also, I have sent them photographs of my completed projects, which they have published on their site for each one of them. I am eternally grateful 🙏

This was my fifth order (or possibly more). They deliver every time. Product quality was great and delivery fast and informative. Excellent.

Excellent products and delivered on time very efficiently

We ordered Victorian-style cast shelf supports. They arrived very quickly, well packaged, and they are exactly what we wanted. Excellent service from Suffolk Latch.

The customer service at this company is fantastic - really quick and helpful. Lovely products too

Very happy with my door knob and knocker. The team resolved 2 issues with ease. I recommend your company for the lovely well made products and the customer service. Thank you.

I have been renovating a Georgian House and have been delighted with the gorgeous door furniture I purchased from the Suffolk latch company.
They were super helpful in navigating the very wide spectrum of items needed and I love the finished look - and their prices are very reasonable. I thoroughly recommend everyone takes a look

Great quality products! Absolutley love our new door handles 😍 reasonable prices too which is hard to find! Lovely antique brass, can't wait to have them installed!

The choice of handles was excellent and I found what I needed quickly. The products were of a much higher quality than I thought they would be given the price. Very good value for money! The items were despatched promptly and arrived in well-packed boxes.

Nice products, I had the chance to buy in England for my house in Belgium, thanks to a Scottish friend. (because Suffolk Latch couldn't ship to EU unfortunately) - Black Pear Drop WindowFasteners

I've bought all my ironmongery from Suffolk Latch Co. for our house renovation. Their products are well designed and made and sold at competitive prices. The customer service is also excellent, which means a lot these days!

The company offer the individual parts for latches so you can purchase what you need rather than having to buy the full sets, brilliant!

I found this web-site really easy to use and the products are good quality. The site had exactly what I wanted which wasn't easily available elsewhere. they exceeded my expectations by delivering the next day free-of-charge. Excellent service. - Classic Rim Lock & Metal Knob set

The Suffolk latch is well made and a pretty faithful replica of the original latches we have in our Suffolk home. The one improvement we'd suggest is for the handle and latch lever to be finer. Our original latches are quite dainty. Otherwise, dispatch and delivery were excellent.

A perfect match for my clients requirements. Well constructed and original in its design. To top it off, the items were easy to order on a well designed website and were rapidly delivered. Highly recommended. - Black Monkey Tail Window Fastener

Quick and efficient service, Quality product - Classic Bathroom Rim Lock with Wooden Knobs

Beehive door knobs - look and feel amazing and the quality is superb, cannot recommend enough and their customer service is superb
I have also purchased their hand forged latches to replace ones that were painted over in my cottage, what a difference. Definitely the go to company
