My wife recently ordered a North face jacket which was sent to the UK in good time. However, we have recently received a letter from FEDEX stating we now owe £62 in import tax. This does nt appear to be a scam but this was was made clear on Suede store invoice.

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe che dopo averle indossate 3 volte hanno già iniziato a rompersi. Supporto inesistente. Mai ricevuto risposta dopo averli contattati su ogni social, mail o form del sito.

Sono rimasto impressionato da questo store! L'ampia selezione di sneakers e abbigliamento di alta qualità e brand di tendenza mi ha entusiasmato. Il personale era cordiale, ben informato e disponibile, aiutandomi a trovare le sneaker perfette per il mio stile e le mie esigenze. L'ambiente dello store era accogliente e moderno, con un'atmosfera rilassata che mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio durante lo shopping. Inoltre, ho apprezzato la pulizia e l'organizzazione del negozio, che rendeva facile individuare le diverse collezioni. Con prezzi competitivi e promozioni interessanti, ho trovato un'ottima occasione per portare a casa un paio di sneaker di alta qualità a un prezzo vantaggioso. Consiglio vivamente SUEDE Store a tutti gli amanti delle sneakers e non solo e non vedo l'ora di tornare a fare shopping qui!

Cancellano gli ordini senza motivo: la scusa è che non è disponibile il prodotto, quando lo stesso è acquistabile dal loro sito.

The shoes I ordered were supposed to arrive in 3 or 4 days. They arrived 12 days later. Customer care was not responsive at all. And, the lace of the shoes arrived BROKEN!

Nice products, but when it comes to returning the goods, the Customerservice is realy bad. The conditions to return are very bad and expensive, the response rate is very low or even not existing. I‘m still waiting for the documents for Return, but no one answers on the chat or email. Also when the Website seems to be made for an communicative Environment, it is not. Disappointing

I am really unhappy with this store. Ended up having an additional import tax of 40pounds. Wasn’t made clear at point of order. Really poor customer service, expected better. Will not be ordering from here again and neither will friends and family

Pessimo servizio e personale molto prepotente
-1° problema sconto 10% off non funzionante
- 2° problema tempi di risposta del supporto molto lunghi
- 3° problema taglie in US ma in realtà sono in WMNS
- 4° problema reso a carico del cliente
- 5° problema rimborsano solo costo della scarpa e quindi perderai anche i soldi di spedizione quando l'hai acquistato

I recently ordered a pair of Diadora shoes from Suede-store.com. I was initially torn on placing the order due to the negative reviews online. I had a perfect experience with this store. I ordered the product and was immediately updated on each step of the process. I actually received the item from overseas to Indianapolis in about 4 days… Unbelievably fast, professional and the product and box was perfect (thank you DHL). The shipping and product cost was reasonable and inline with the most aggressive stores that I could find… I will not hesitate to buy from them again…..thanks Jason

Jag blev inte besviken på produkternas kvalitet, jag rekommenderar att paketet tog lite tid att komma fram, men inget onormalt.

Ottimo sito, continuamente aggiornato con moltissime offerte; mi sono comprato due paia di scarpe, due costumi, e un gilet, in momenti diversi; tutte le volte servizio ottimo, molto rapido; ho scelto il pick-up negli store, ve lo consiglio. Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe.
pagate con la carta. Poi mi hanno notificato la cancellazione dell ordine. Adesso i soldi mi ritorneranno fra 10 giorni. Oltretutto non fanno nulla per scusarsi ..... da evitare !!!!!

Purtroppo mi sono arrivate scarpe troppo piccole a causa di un loro errore nella tabella delle misure e per poter avere un rimborso ci devo rimettere io tutte le spese di spedizione (€27)

Pedí una sudadera y una camiseta y me la han enviado rápidamente y todo perfecto. Ambas prendas estaban más baratas en esa página que en otras y no se trata de ninguna falsificación. Recomendable.
