I ordered a motor and fan
I ordered a motor and fan. Whoever reviews the order noticed I ordered the wrong fan for the serial and model number we have. They emailed me back and said they were going to credit the wrong fan and ship the correct fan. That is absolutely great service!

Accurate and convenient ordering
The ordering was very easy, according to the serial number of the refrigerator. The thing I liked the most was the fact that I ordered a new magnet for the refrigerator door along with a few other parts that needed to be replaced, the company got back to me with a message that the magnet I ordered did not match my refrigerator model and that they would send the correct part at no additional cost.

Wolf Range Light Switch
The front panel light switch on our Wolf range failed and would no longer latch. The range was just out of warranty (of course).
Subzero had these in stock, the order was processed timely and the part arrived in a few days.
Took the top of the range apart and installed the new one fairly easily.
The only down side was the obscene cost for what amounts to a very cheap piece of plastic assembly, including the microswitch.
Hence, that was worth a 1 star ding.

We also understand your frustration with the manufacturer’s pricing. For many Wolf/Sub-Zero components, the retail price is set by the OEM and their distribution structure, and even small assemblies (like a plastic housing with a microswitch) can be surprisingly expensive.

Easy to replace door light switch
It was such a pleasure to fix the sub zero myself by replacing the door light switch and saving the money for a service call. Using the wiring diagram and parts diagram on the subzero web site also helped me find the correct part. Was very pleased with the speed of the delivery
