Product great, price with Style Rule SUPERB! POLO Blue cheaper than anyone else. Shipping time left a lot to be desired. I guess it was worth the price I paid but took a long time and then was delayed. Was at the post office right down the street for 2.5 days.

I ordered a gift set from them and some of the bottles that were inside were broken. I contacted via email because that's the only way to communicate with them! They told me I needed to send the product that I ordered along with pictures. I sent thd information and their saying they didn't get it I have sent it to them at 4 times or 5 times now and they're still telling me they didn't get my attachments of the pictures! I will never order from them again!!

Horror!!!
I ordered a reconstruction of Joico.
It is terrible!!!
First of all, the products were not sealed
It was smaller and it seems like it was diluted with water!

BUYER BEWARE!
Horrible, deceptive customer service! I ordered two products. One was smaller and in a different form than the item I paid for.
The other product was so dried out it wouldn't come out of the tube.
I contacted them several times for over a month. At first they would reply but ask for more photos or ask other questions. In my opinion they were hoping I'd give up if they frustrated me enough.
I gave them whatever they asked for (photos in different formats, batch numbers, etc.) and then they just stopped replying.
Terrible company! Buyer beware!

Great product and excellent service. My only complaint would be I couldn’t get into your tracking system. It wouldn’t recognize the tracking number you sent me. I hoped for an earlier delivery but should have ordered sooner.
