Expiry date for face balm in 6 days????
I ordered 3 containers of Avene Tolerance Control Balm. It is Oct, 25 2023 when I received the order. All of them expire in 6 days. That is not acceptable. I would expect a 6 month usage date - at the least. Completely unacceptable.
Updated after their reply. Return is fine, except you pay postage both ways. So they are at net zero and you are out two postages for their mistake. How is that right?

Watch you item pricing!!
Prices and shipping are very competitive. However, watch your order pricing when using a discount code. In my case, once I entered a 10% discount code, their website increased the price of my item in my virtual cart to offset the coupon amount. After multiple support emails back and forth, they did refund me the difference. No apology or acceptance of the issue.

I ordered a Mason Pearson travel brush. Their price was significantly cheaper so I tried ordering from them for the first time. It was exactly as advertised and arrived pretty quickly. I think it arrived in 5 days. Great value. I would definitely recommend.

Shipping to long
product arrived in non damaged box, no leaks, but definitely didn't like the shipping time. We are so use to fast shipping that more than 7 days is too long. I had to buy other products in between that time.

Ordered 2 cans of Paul Mitchell hairspray. Received 1 full can that i can use. The other can was a used product because it felt lighter then the full can. And the nozzle was broken. Spent $50 on this and can only use the 1 product

Great price on Dermalogica products. I mistakenly put down my old address on the order form, but after explaining the problem via email, the address was corrected quickly. Shipping was quick as well.
