Using motors with motors pro plugin for wordpress.
This includes a free theme which is very well thought out and designed for any easy car buying experiencing with buttons for contacting the dealer as well as booking a test drive. We are using it for a parallel industry so had to make a few mods. I find the support staff knowledgeable and helpful. It is a very new plugin and has the inevitable few teething problems which they have investigated and scheduled to solve. A serious professional company.

Cost Calculator PRO is a very useful and flexible plugin
Bought Cost Calculator plugin PRO version to get an order form running for our car club. Calculator setup was easy and proved to have a really flexible set of possibilities. After buying PRO I could not get the order form working. A simple question to the help team offered a quick solution. Price difference for a tear and lifetime is a bit big, but it's worth the investment. Minor point: their marketing team is very active, almost agressive with 2-4 mails every week so far. But you can opt-out :-)

Not a good LMS
Truly a rollercoaster of an experience with this team. I inherited a website built with their MasterStudy LMS and had to get used to it quite quickly.. this website was having all kinds of issues which we were able to quickly narrow down to compatibility with MasterStudy.
After months of back & forth with support agents blaming everything but the plugin I was finally able to connect with Eric who was actually quite helpful. He truly put the effort in to try and find a solution, and we did temporarily.
Things were OK for a while but we have now returned to playing whack-a-mole with bugs & problems in their plugin. When one issue is "solved" by their team, another pops up. Half of the widgets are "deprecated" and do not work. The widgets that are supported are full of bugs. Their support team mostly tries to shift blame or provides complicated fixes that include extensive database work.
I do not recommend this team and their LMS. There are many options available, especially if you are starting from scratch and not stuck with it like we are.

Improved Support and Smooth Experience After Initial Issues
I originally purchased the MasterStudy LMS theme from StyleMix Themes, expecting a smooth experience after being impressed with the free version. Initially, after a recent update, I encountered significant issues, with the platform freezing when I tried to create new courses. On top of that, I was frustrated by the lack of response from customer support.
However, I’m happy to provide an update: Since then, I’ve received excellent one-on-one support from Madina, who responded in under 24 hours and provided all the necessary information to resolve the issue. Now, my LMS is working smoothly, just as it did before the update.
Thanks to Madina’s timely help, I’m back to using the platform effectively, and I appreciate the support that turned things around.
Even worse is the customer support. I reached out several times, and despite my frustration and urgency, I received no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a product that no longer works and not get any help when needed.
I’m disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the overall experience. I had high hopes for this theme, but it has been a waste of money and time. Unless they make drastic improvements to both the product and their support, I cannot recommend MasterStudy LMS or StyleMix Themes.

Impossible to get help from them
Impossible to get help from them. The theme is broken, the site doesn't load and they're impossible to get a hold of. NOT OK!
The Support system sits behind a ticketing system that you can't use without an id of sorts, which is impossible to get.

i've purchased eroom pro , and when i tried to create new meeting or webinar it says ' Your site has a critical error bla bla. after deactivating that plugin everything is fine. i send them emails also open support ticket. didn't get any response from them.

Worst Theme Support, Waste of Money and Time!!!
As a long-time user of the Motors theme, I've generally been satisfied with its performance. However, my recent experience with their support team has left me thoroughly disappointed, hence the one-star rating.
After updating to the latest version of the Motors theme, we encountered a troublesome header issue on our website. Recognizing the urgency, we promptly reached out to their support team, creating not one, not two, but four tickets detailing the issue we were facing. Additionally, to ensure clarity, we even provided a video illustrating the problem in detail.
Despite our proactive efforts and multiple attempts to seek assistance, we were met with a deafening silence from the support team. It's disheartening to note that our last ticket, which remains unresolved, has been left untouched for the past five days. This lack of response not only showcases a disregard for customer concerns but also highlights a glaring inefficiency in their support system.
As a customer, I understand that technical issues may arise, but what truly matters is the responsiveness and commitment of the support team to address these concerns promptly. Unfortunately, in this regard, Motors theme's support fell short of expectations, leaving us frustrated and inconvenienced.
In conclusion, based on this regrettable experience, I cannot in good faith recommend the Motors theme to others. A reliable and responsive support system is paramount in the realm of website management, and unfortunately, Motors theme failed to deliver on this front.

The calculator is horrible! so many bugs, that you some times have to start over completely.
When you are finally done with the calculator and you want to edit things, it wont work. You will have to build a new from scratch, getting everything right from the beginning

SCAM SCAM SCAM Misleading Description, Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a theme from StyleMixThemes on Themeforest, attracted by the promise of compatibility with both motorcycle and car rentals. However, upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the theme only caters to car rentals.
Misleading Description: The theme description claimed compatibility with motorcycle rentals, which turned out to be false.
Unresponsive Customer Service: I reached out to StyleMixThemes for a refund just 10 minutes after the purchase, explaining the discrepancy. Unfortunately, my request was denied, demonstrating a lack of consideration for customer concerns.
Overall Experience:
My experience with StyleMixThemes has been disappointing. The misleading description and the refusal to process a refund for a product that doesn't meet the promised features are major drawbacks. I cannot recommend this theme or the company's services based on my experience.

I am so glad I haven't risked paying…
I am so glad I haven't risked paying for this bug 🐛 I was playing around the free mode and after a few days, I lost my admin privileges.
When I tried to log in to my WordPress Admin dashboard, I get redirected to the Master Study page. I did not have access to my website. I couldn't even delete the MasterStydy bug until it completely reset my website by uninstalling the entire WordPress via cpanel.
I won't ever recommend that anyone should pay for the Stylemix masterstudy LMS plugin/theme
