We have been using LifterLMS to deliver free amateur radio training through the Halifax & District Amateur Radio Society, and it has been an excellent platform for our needs.

The system has allowed us to create structured, accessible online courses for students working towards their amateur radio licences. It is flexible, well-supported, and has given us the tools to present learning material clearly, manage student progress, and build a proper online academy rather than simply publishing static content.

Over the past year, more than 550 students have come through our course, which is far beyond what we initially expected. LifterLMS has played a significant part in making that possible.

The support from the LifterLMS team has also been outstanding. They have shown a genuine interest in what we are trying to achieve as a volunteer-led society and have been generous, responsive, and encouraging throughout.

For any organisation looking to deliver online learning through WordPress, particularly where flexibility and ownership of the learning environment matter, LifterLMS is very easy to recommend.

This is a great LMS with many features and flexibility. But absolutely and unusually great instruction and support. LifterLMS offers tons of instructional videos, documentation, and even weekly “Ask Me Anything” livestream. Very oriented to the customer. Real people run this company.

LifterLMS is both easy to use and comprehensive. Their customer support and video tutorials make it simple to find solutions whenever you run into questions. We've been using lifterLMS for over a year now and have no issues with the service. The lessons builder is easy to use and navigate. There are a few improvements that could be made (personal preferences), but they are not detrimental to the product.

Been with Lifter since its start up Like family System is so easy to set up and very user-friendly for students Plenty of YouTube vids to get you fully set-up Having said that I am probably only utilizing a small part of the programmes potential but its more than enough to suit my needs I also love that Chris and the team allow not for profits to run free courses using the out of the box app which is free And the support I have had from Lifter team is awesome Love it

Lifter LMS is very user friendly and the most important have excellent support team, who provide support required by me as the user/customer. LifterLMS also reliable, compare to others LMS that I used to earlier.

Simple, accessible, professionnel et pratique

I've been creating my course for 2 days now, and the saves are one out of 10, forcing me to redo the lessons over and over again to finally create the entire course.

I've already contacted support last year to report this bug, they're aware of it but in a year they've done nothing.

Maybe they'll tell me I'm not up to date... But today, after 7 years with LifterLMS, I'm tired of these multiple bugs. I'm going to jump ship and I really don't recommend this one!

I purchased the LMS, and have been attempting to get support installing it into a godaddy wordpress hosting site. 15 hours later and I'm in worse shape than when I started. Godaddy blames the plugin, LifterLMS simply doesn't respond, no phone number to call... you submit a ticket and wait a day for a response, you respond, and wait another day. Ridiculous!!

I have been a LifterLMS user for 3 years. The software just keeps getting better. This is important because once you start an LMS, you are married to them. Lifter will not let you down. I use the basic package and I don't modify much at all. I just add content and the whole thing works. Excellent.
